Patrick Dolan and his team recently did a superb job helping us sell our home. They attended to all of the necessary details, did an excellent job of advertising, went the extra mile with drone footage and then, when Covid struck, created a “virtual tour” while home showings were not possible. Once potential buyers were again able to visit, they made sure this was done safely. We would highly recommend Team Dolan to anyone thinking of either buying or selling a home in the Boulder area.

We are very happy we chose to work with the Dolan Team. Patrick, Kelly, Ellie and the rest of the team were very professional and easy to work with. We put our house on the market at a difficult time but I never saw any decrease in the amount of effort or execution put into finding a buyer. Help with staging, great photography and drone shots, newspaper advertisements and open houses, were all part of the program, as well as the years of experience and connections Patrick has to offer. After filling out the initial forms and disclosures the Team executed our preferences and negotiated the contracts

We have worked with with Patrick Dolan as our real estate agent for almost 20 years. His team has helped us buy and sell seven properties during that time. Our most recent experience was with the listing and sale of our town house in McKay Landing in Broomfield.
