Very unprofessional!!! Whenever you call in they provide you with misinformation about your account. I will be changing banks soon. I do not recommend.
Update: After leaving this review a member representative blocked my debit card from all usage. I will be closing my account today. This is very UNPROFESSIONAL AND ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS.

I have been with Telco for about 5 years and have had several issues since I opened it. They have taken earned funds out of my account and I will never bank with them again nor refer anyone! I have asked the branch manager Gary to close my account which was not even done! Not even sure why the account is still open, will not use them!

It’s always a total nightmare calling this contact center. They do not show compassion and are very lackadaisical when it comes to resolving their customers issue. Audrey was very incompetent and rude. I will be closing my account this week.
Update: No one called me. I’m not certain of who Marygrace is. Beware do NOT OPEN AN ACCOUNT WITH THIS BANK. Customer service is poor and they make an excuse for everything.

I have been a customer for many years, dealt with multiple branches, mainly Gastonia and Crisman Street, and have realized the courtesy and professionalism of the employees is universal. I appreciate the fact that I've never felt they were trying to 'sell' me anything but rather offered solutions for my various banking needs whether as simple as individual accounts or as complicated as mortgages. I honestly can't see why anyone would ever want to deal with the endless high fees, interest and sales tactics of the big banks if they can become a member. And on top of that, you'll never find better

I recently joined this credit union on my son’s recommendation. I’ve been a member of two other credit unions for years now, and have never been pleased with either of those. I can honestly say that my experience with Carolinas Telco FCU has been a game changer! I acquired a used car loan through the Crisman Street location and received outstanding customer service. It was a rather complicated transaction since I was buying a used vehicle from an individual and the vehicle still had a lien on it. As a military retiree I have the option of using military credit unions but since my very first encounter with Ericka and her team I opted to do all my business with them!

I was initially referred by a family member to Carolinas Telco. I have in turn referred numerous family members and friends myself because of the wonderful experience I had!! The level of personalized service is above and beyond!! It truly does feel like a local/community bank, not like Wells Fargo or B of A where they don’t care about you! I especially love Elizabeth Lambert at the Cornelius branch!! Anything regarding banking or financing is not typically enjoyable to me, but every time I call or email Elizabeth I have such a pleasant experience!! Even my auto loan!! I can literally pick up
