What is a fun fact about yourself? I LOVE animals! My parents and I volunteer with Carolina Basset Hound Association helping hounds in NC and SC find homes. I hope to start a Basset Hound rescue of my own one day! What three items would you take on a deserted island? This was the easiest loan process I've ever been through. Max and Jessica kept me informed ,sent the request for information quickly so I could respond quickly,retrieved the information quickly, I did not have to call and make sure they had what they needed,they would let me know the next day. I had a wonderful experience with Kelsey and Jacqueline at loan pronto!!! Prior to reaching out to loan pronto, I tried to refinance with my current mortgage company. After three months of the runaround with that company I was done, and discontinued the refinance process. I reached out to loan pronto and they had everything done and finalized in three weeks!!! The ladies were very easy to work with, and they move things along at an acceptable speed! If I any questions, they were there to answer them easily. We even signed the closing papers at my house, at a day/time of my choosing. I would recommend

We could not have imagined a better process than dealing with Loan Pronto. From the minute we started they were great about making sure we had all the information we needed, making sure we knew the expectations, and working with us regarding things we couldn't have planned for.
