I waited over 20 minutes at the bar and everyone stayed in the kitchen. I could hear the employees laughing and goofing off. The same thing happened a few days ago when I had a delivery resulting in both trips being cancelled. The restaurant wasn't busy and another person's delivery sat on the counter while I waited. I'm not sure if I'm being discriminated against but I won't be accepting deliveries for this location anymore.

Well the food is usually good but tonight was awful. Workers in the front lobby using the “N” word right next to me, a black person, as if they were doing it because I was there. The food was dried out and the meat was tough as a shoe. There’s a sign that says labor shortage and all the waiters are teenagers. Must be a teenager cooking the food with no training too. Disappointed and offended that they served dog food tonight.

Spent over $100 on a carryout order and trusted it was all there but by the time we got home to check (bout 10 mins away) all of our food was cold, not even warm, and we were missing at least 4 to 5 items from our order. Tried calling but the phone number listed on google takes you straight to a "mailbox is full" message and doesnt even ring. Literally will never buy food from here again and wish we could get our money back.

Everything was delicious and well seasoned. I highly recommend the authentic tacos with the corn tortillas,cilantro and onion. The steak and chicken were grilled perfectly and the salsa is really tasty as well. Our waitress was very attentive and helpful. Would definitely eat here again when we're in the area.

We liked the restaurant, food was good and staff was great. They let me practice my Spanish which I love.
The only dark spot is the young guy who greets and seats people. He was horrible didn't even look like or act like he was glad to be alive much less at work. I'd let him do trash or sweep parking lot or even work somewhere else. Really bad first impression for first time guests but it was made up for elsewhere.

I just moved here from Texas and have been wanted to try this restaurant. I've had my fair share of Mexican food all my life, and this is the absolute worst Mexican food I've ever had! You can't even call it Mexican.The only thing that was decent was the salsa and cheese dip that came out with the chips, hence why the 1 star I gave them. My enchiladas were tasteless. My husband ordered chicken fajita burritos and I swear they put some kind of barbecue sauce in it! My son had quesadillas with a side of burnt fries (he didn't want the rice that came with it). I love this place! Ever since they opened, when I was a teenager, it's been great. The food is always hot and tastes delicious, no matter what you order. The staff are always friendly and they're always hustling. I see some of these bad reviews and, as many times as I've been here over the years, can't see it.
About to order some takeout from them now, actually. Highly recommend getting your Mexican food fix here!

We were over charged for our drinks. After we brought up the charges to the waiter, and explained the drink menu said differently he stormed away after we kindly asked to speak to his manager. The manager than said there was nothing he could do, and told us we didn't know what we were talking about.

The service was so wonderful and our food came out so quickly. My husband had juevos con chorizo and their lunch portion was three times the size of a dinner portion at other restaurants. Their salsa was delicious and I highly recommend the lunch nachos with chicken and beef. Fantastic and fast service

Absolutely love this place The service is great! It is a clean restaurant and the food is very good! The mixed drinks here are delicious. The atmosphere is good, it can get loud at times but that is only when it is real busy! Overall this is a really great place to eat at, any time of the day or night!!

Ok so I've got to admit I've been going to Los Rancheros almost every Thursday night for almost 2 years for karaoke. I personally have a blast! The food isn't amazing, the drinks aren't amazing, the singing isn't amazing, but.....we have a great group of locals who show up and appreciate each other's efforts. We love it when new peeps show up to sing and party with us. The parking lot may be packed, the restaurant may be packed, but be sure you check out the patio. Even in the winter, it's enclosed with plastic and propane heaters, making it warm and cozy. Ms

The food here was good though a little bland. The server was very helpful in helping me get the combination of food I wanted, but not very helpful in telling me what kind of beer they had. They did not have any draft beer though the drink menu said they did. She was pleasant though did not seem very thrilled to be there. Our order came out hot and in a timely manner. My husband enjoyed his enchiladas tremendously though he said the chicken on was a little dry and bland. My cheese enchiladas were good but very bland. Tacos were the same way.

Its a fair mexican restaurant, nothing really stands out other than the service which is spectacular! Food is okay, but overly salty for my taste. Its not necessarily bad, and there are no there mexican places nearby so it stays fairly busy especially on Sundays following church. I would personally opt to drive a bit further into west mobile for better options.

My husband and I were part of a large party of 16 on a Sunday night. We had excellent, prompt service. Our orders were all correct and delivered at the same time.
I ordered the Enchiladas La Reine (steak) minus quacamole add sour cream instead. They were awesome! And way too much food for one person. The steak was flavorful, but slightly chewy. I just cut it into tiny bites and it was fine.

Came out to eat some Mexican food after a long Sunday. we got there the guy took our order but STILL no chuips he brought the drinks, my cup was cracked, and still no chips. He replaced the cup and brought out two baskets of chips and cheese and salsa along with my cup of tea. We order the # 67,68 Supreme chicken nachos no guacamole and the beef nachos no guacamole salad with sour cream.
