2 bedroom on 2nd floor. Overpriced for having to deal with incredibly loud ceiling creaks from the 3rd floor neighbors that have insomnia. They take a whole month’s rent as down payment and will find a way to keep it. Management gaslights and throws blame on anyone to keep changing the subject. You can find anything better with a different website around here or talk to your community and link up because it will be worth not renting here. Nice kitchen but there were pests all throughout the year so it felt gross. Ceiling will randomly leak from upstairs neighbors. Moldy washer and bathroom ceiling

We have been at Lilac Gardens since the spring of 2019, and have had good relationships with both their current and previous leasing agents. When we originally moved in, we had some trouble with our washing machine hookups, but the management team was quick to do everything they could to help make the situation right. Meghan even went above and beyond to get us into a new unit with a working washer and dryer. Their newest leasing agent, Amanda, has also been extremely helpful in getting us what we needed in order to sign for another term. We are very appreciative of her flexibility and quick response
