Called about a rental & when a question arose I was told what the "owners" would probably think. When I said "why don't you ask them?" She rudely said she knows they wont agree to that & was very disrespectful & said only "trained" service dogs are allowed. NOT Companion pets! Which I said I can supply MEDICAL letters stating they ARE allowed. So I will NEVER do business with them again!

The one star was based on the condescending nature in which I was spoken to along with generally being unhelpful without being at all apologetic. Had nothing to do with being rejected, although considering the state of the house we were shown... a rejection was a bit of a surprise.

Management is poorly run. Untimely responses. Rude and crass leasing staff. Very disappointed in how this company conducts business. No customer service available. Very short-tempered with perspective, current, and previous tenants. If you are looking for, " How can I help you?" when you call- you will not recieve it. Leasing staff known to tell tenants that they are "wasting their time" on the phone. Very disappointed in the new staff attitude and conduct.

After two years of living in a cardinal point property I can gladly say they do a great job and truly care about their tenants. When I first moved into one of their properties I had a less than ideal experience to start. Our original property manager from cardinal point had presumably stopped caring and we moved into a dirty apartment with multiple things not working. I contacted him multiple times trying to get things fixed in the first few months and received little to no answers or solutions. Eventually I got fed up and contacted Eugene. He was immediately helpful, fixed the problems I brought

Cardinal Point Property Management with Eugene Bilodeau has been our property manager for over ten years, he responds quickly in an emergency and at an exceptionable rate for all other issues. Office staff is polite and cheerful. Each year at our annual meeting Cardinal Point gets applause from board and most of it's members. You can't please everyone, however Cardinal Point strives to please everyone. Happy to recommend this company

We had a very disappointing and unprofessional experience with Cardinal Point while trying to rent a home in Kittery, Maine. We were told that the property we wanted was available, and that we would go to the top of the list if we dropped off a deposit before the other interested couple, who hadn't yet given a deposit. Within 45 minutes, we had a check delivered by a friend to their offices (we live in the Midwest and are re-locating). I even offered to pay the entire year's rent upfront and they clearly never even took this offer to the property owner. At the time, we thought we had the place
