Real property management has been amazing the 3 1/2 years we have lived at the property they manage. Just signed a lease through this company. They were very responsive and worked with us to verify information that is often lost on a regular application. I like their online portal for maintenance requests and paying rent as well. Makes things very simple! I wish the fee for this online portal was included in the rent and not a separate surprise fee when we were provided the lease to review.

Unfortunately I cannot recommend this as a trustworthy business for someone looking to rent in the Seacoast region. Despite the fact that all of our interactions with staff were nothing but kind, considerate and polite, it is clear from our experience that as a business they do not have the renter's welfare in mind. Our family moved from out of state to one of their properties, which turned out to have a safety concern that required us to relocate immediately. Although they sympathized with our concern and understood our need to break the lease, they showed an inexcusable lack of communication

Garth and RPM were wonderful! Garth was extremely responsive to all of my texts and readily answered all of my many questions. He cheerfully obtained room measurements from the property owner for me, which will make our transition into our new space much easier to plan. I've been renting for a few months now and I really appreciate the professionalism of everyone at RPM. I had a great showing, relatively easy process of signing the lease and getting set up, and have had my maintenance requests followed up on quickly. We had a bit of a misunderstanding when I was asking some questions about the lease, but it was resolved quickly with a phone call. I'm really pleased so far and enjoying being a tenant!

Honestly I was hesitant to deal with a property management place, I have always gotten to know the landlord and build that type of relationship. But RPM has come through with the list of maintenance needs, this apartment I just moved into, needed. Their maintenance team has very quickly addressed all my issues and Andrea is very pleasant on the phone everytime I call and have a question. First busy two weeks in the apartment, and a smooth process because of the people at RPM
