Tracy and team were very helpful in selling our home on the bay. Their customer service was above and beyond. This was a home that was used as a summer get away. We live a 2 day drive away and UpNorth was fantastic in making arrangements on our behalf with local providers to make repairs, perform cleaning and maintain upkeep for showings to facilitate the sale of the home.

I purchased a property and the seller was represented by Tracy.
She was hard to work with, refused to answer questions, and complained about having to sign contracts and legal documents that are very normal to real estate transactions.
Worst of all, I later found out after closing that the basement wall was failing… and it bowed dramatically… inward after the first rain. I also found out through a prior potential buyer that Tracy had documentation from a licensed inspector revealing this structural defect, along with documentation about a failing misrepresented septic, unsafe electrical

Very unprofessional. Wouldn't even stay for the closing, I had no one to help answer any questions. Didn't receive any paperwork because she wasn't there. Had to go track it down from someone else and he made me copies so I could have some kind of proof of sale. And she kept the commission. Needs to learn how to treat people fair and learn to be honest with them
