Horrible customer service! Would not recommend to anyone! You have to share shower and toilet , it’s like 30 rooms and only two showers .. and 2 toilets .. Completely disgusting and unsanitary, I don’t see why they are still open. Roaches and bedbugs in rooms and bathrooms , Smokey hallways overall this motel is trash, I’d rather stay at a motel6

Wouldn't give me room despite having a reservation.
After flying 6 hours to LAX and taking an uber to this slimy hotel, The man behind the counter who wouldn't even show his face behind the curtain told me "No Rooms". After telling him I had a booked a reservation he kept telling me no rooms. Like how could you not have a room!? It's okay the whole place looks like everyone smokes crack so I went and found something better.

I booked and paid online, but when I arrived there was no one at the front desk. I waited around for half an hour, ringing the bell, calling the hotel phone number which was busy the whole time. Finally a person showed up who'd clearly been asleep and started yelling that they don't have any rooms. I insisted that I already booked and paid for a room online but he refused to check us in and just kept repeating over and over "it's out of my hands, I have no rooms" and left us out on the street, after midnight at this point.

They charged me twice and still haven't refunded my money or is answering my calls. I was told my card was declined so I use the same card to withdraw money from their ATM, right in their face and than paid for my room with cash $91.20. The next day there was a charge on my account from them in the amount of the room for that night. I brought it to their attention and the clerk at the desk said they'll refund once his manager take care of it, when he get in at 1pm. I stayed for one night ONLY from 8/21/21-8/22/21 and today is 8/23/21 and still no refund or no one is answering the office phone.

Kinda like an international hostel, it was GREAT! They keep the place immaculate. We had a clean, firm mattress, the cable worked and our smoking allowed room didn't stink at all😃. Rates are really good for where it's located. Gotta keep small places like going. Motel 6 don't do it any BETTER than the Holly Crest 😀
