Since 2010, the Simply Elegant Group has been on a mission: to ensure that all couples are able to celebrate their love in a way that they love. When we first started planning weddings, we learned that far too often, the biggest hesitation couples had in hiring a wedding planner was cost.

Within our PVP, not only do we vet our vendors (for doing good work + being good humans) but we ask that, in return, our vendors give something special just to our SEG couples. That special incentive could be in the form of a discount, a percentage off, an upgrade, or a free add on. So not only are we some of the most knowledgeable planners in the country, but we also save you money.

We worked with SEG for our Chicago wedding & cannot recommend them enough! Hailey was our Lead Coordinator & was truly amazing. Starting as early as our intro call, she was always thinking of helpful ideas & suggestions around how to best plan for every aspect of the wedding (vendor suggestions, timeline efficiencies, decor ideas, etc). Hailey Andersson was our hero! Not only was she amazing on the day of our wedding but the whole planning process was extremely easy and she made it so stress free. We don't know how we would have been able to bring our vision to life without her! Abbe Gould also helped us on the day-of and was absolutely phenomenal. We worked with Gina at Simply Elegant and she did a fantastic job as our month-of coordinator! We had to postpone our wedding by 1 year due to the pandemic and SEG was extremely helpful coordinating our postponement with all of our vendors. One of our first wedding decisions we made was booking a wedding coordinator through Simply Elegant, and let me tell you it was the BEST decision! Our coordinator Hailey was AMAZING and made sure everything we pictured and imagined for our wedding day came true. It went absolutely perfectly and and she made sure the day went so smoothly! Emily B at SEG was our planner and she was absolutely wonderful to work with. I could not have asked for a better partner in planning. I hired her to begin 60-days out from the wedding, right when stress-levels were starting to spike and she helped me stay organized and on-track.

She travelled from Chicago to South Carolina for our wedding, and was the most helpful/organized! She helped us be stress free on our big day, and even scrambled as rain came right at the time of our ceremony to create the most epic rain plan ever.
