LASxpress was founded in 2012 as a Transportation Service and Marketing Company to help facilitate complex ground transportation arrangements for large convention groups in Las Vegas, the "Convention Capital of America". To bring this massive undertaking to fruition, LASxpress developed a customized online reservation system to make this a possibility.

Do not use this service! The price is not worth the hassle. I wish I did Uber or taxi instead. We decided to take this shuttle from the airport because our hotel website suggested this service. Once we got our bags at terminal 3, we had to take a different shuttle to a different terminal to get to where the LASxpress shuttle location is. That took over 20 minutes to get to the shuttle. Then we had to wait on the shuttle for other passengers to take the shuttle for another 45 minutes. Then it took us 45 minutes just to get to our hotel because you drop off at different hotels. My family and I use their black car service to and from the airport every time we travel. Driver always shows up early helps with bags, etc. Just so much more convenient then worrying about whether or not the uber/lyft shortage is going to leave you stranded or your are going to get surge pricing because of that shortage. Rather go with a company that is reliable this is why we use LASEXPRESS!!

I ordered black car service while in Vegas for the Chicago Bears Vs Raiders. My ride was above expectations. Walter was my driver, he was amazing. Professional, courteous, and friendly with an engaging smile. I will now judge all other drivers by the standard he set. I will be using LAS everytime I am back in Vegas.

I called the Sahara hotel to find out who we could use to pick us up from airport to sahara round trip.we arreivef july 1 followrd instruction on paper they were no where to be found! I asked a man at taxi uber stand they told us 3 witnesses with me that they were a scam not operating!! Right there i called them no answer then i srnt an email canceling our ride on july 6 from sahara to airport requesting refund.no phones answered email not answered.I was out 144.00!!! We ended up getting an uber to sahara and when we left for airpory on 6th we used an uber. Do not use LAS!!!

My flight was delayed and I waited in the airport for 1-1/2 hours and they never showed. When I called it went to voice mail and I couldn't leave a message because the mailbox was full. My return flight was delayed 4 hours and they sent me a text message saying they were going to drop my off at the original time. I'm not waiting in the airport for 6hours. They say they monitor all flights but they clearly don't. Get a uber or lift.

We had a late arrival & LASxpress was there. Driver speaker our name wrong but he was friendly. We got a limo for my kids for ride in Vegas and they were in love. Clean. Drive didn't inform us how to operate controls but that didn't matter, the experience my children had was excellent. Mahalo LASxpress🤙

EDIT: Customer service was able to provide me a refund within 24 hours of my email explaining the situation. They are updating their confirmation emails to include correct directions to the pick-up location. Very prompt and responsive!
I would not recommend. I had issues finding the pick-up location, and they left me despite being only 1 minute late for my reservation. If you do, be sure to very precise on pick-up location and arrive more than 15+min in advance.
The one thing I like is the ability to change your reservation on the website, but it wasn't particularly helpful. The customer service

Booked my transport from Airport to Hotel and back online before leaving on my trip. Got an email confirmation right away and additional emails as my trip got closer (Both ways) ... with specific instructions where to go to grab my shuttle.... everything was flawless... very personable and polite drivers and got where I needed to be safely and on time! I used LASxpress during the last weekend in July 2018 - the temps during the day topped out at 115 - I arrived, after getting off my flight, and having booked on-line, to find that I was not in the LASxpress system, and had to re-book and wait about 45 minutes for a shuttle. It was very warm inside the shuttle; I had to drink water for most of the 45 minute trip. On my return to the airport the following Monday morning, in a smaller van, with only one other customer pick-up, the air conditioning was not keeping up with the heat at all, and I arrived at the airport for my day of flying home,

Don't do it. After checking in and immediately going to the correct location to get picked up, I waited over an hour for the shuttle to arrive. During my long wait, I called the customer care phone number. No one answered and the voice mail box was full so I couldn't leave a message.

If I can give zero stars I would. Also I wished I would have read the other Yelp reviews before prior to booking a reservation.
My manager decided to change her flight which means this would affect the pick up time to get to the airport. A car service company should have a 24-hour dispatch to make changes or contact the drivers. Instead the phone number only routes to Mary who's voicemail boxes is full. It's probably full because of all the complaints! Mary's only in from 9am-9pm. What happens to all the rides before 9am or after 9pm that need support or help to get to the driver

Transportation is first class all the way. To start, I was able to book everything online with price quotes. Text messages were received upon arrival informing me where my driver was waiting. We quickly met and awaiting the arrival of our bags. The driver carried the oversized bags and left the smaller ones for us. The drive to the resort was effortless. When it was time to leave Las Vegas, our transportation was waiting for us when we arrived at the lobby. Again, an effortless drive to the airport. The vehicles were clean and shiny before each ride. I will definitely want to use this

During a recent stay at the Grandview of Las Vegas that is approximately 8 miles from the strip I decided to book a trip to the strip with Lasxpress. It was 110 degrees and a black shuttle bus showed up that had no air conditioning! Following a miserable 8 mile drive to the strip I phoned the company to express my displeasure. I was informed by a woman who answered the phone that since my scheduled return was at night it should be cooler! What!!! No explanation or apology. A simple, sorry the AC was broken, would have been acceptable. I didn't return on the shuttle. Of course there

LASxpress is a total scam. They didn't pick-up my family, so they took a cab. The guy at the airport stand said to call for refund, explain it took too long. When you call, they let you know you have to go to a website to request a refund, but that no partial refunds will be given and no full refund unless it's 72 hours out. Furthermore, *they let you know they may sell your information if you use the site to submit your request!* The information they require (and therefore is subject to them selling) is name, email, and phone number. Shame on the hotels who recommend this con job. I
