VERY UNRELIABLE and does NOT pay attention to detail AT ALL. They caused me to miss a couple of VERY IMPORTANT DOCTORS APPOINTMENTS & cannot afford to pay for doctor's appointments that I miss because of unreliable transportation messing up! I HIGHLY DO NOT SUGGEST THIS TOTALLY UNRELIABLE COMPANY AT ALL!!! They know I'm on disability and need my doctors appointments but still doesn't show up on time or follow directions.EXTREMLY UNHAPPY AND I WILL NEVER SUGGEST THEM FOR RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION!

Totally unprofessional driver for my wife on 6-7-21. My wife is on oxygen and the driver would not allow her cna 30 seconds to grab her oxygen after getting in the van....the driver said that my wife could use the van oxygen which is there only if the oxygen the patient has runs out.....she left my wife with that oxygen....so if anyone else needed it....oh well. They better be glad it wasnt me riding with her. Im only giving 2 star instead of one because the driver was on time.

The drivers who drove me and my mother were great. As for the return trip we kept getting put off.
And I am sitting here with my mother waiting for the life trans van. Very disappointing. Even though mother is 95 that doesn’t mean it’s okay to keep her stranded here. I work in emergency medicine for over 30 years and this non-emergency service is poor. The dispatchers are nice, however I am pretty sure they think my mother is riding alone that it’s no big deal.
If my mom could ride in a car I would have taken her by car. While I was here in this office, another patient was being blown off

The 48 hour rule only works if you call before 4 pm. They have left me stranded several times because they can't seem to get my address right and don't answer the phone when I have needed a return trip.
They ask questions that are in violation of HIPPA rules. Ex: what kind of doctor? Why are you going there?

I have no idea why my insurance keep using this service. Incompetent people can't get an address right after you SPELL out to them and they STILL give wrong info to drivers. Unbelievable.

I was transported safely, quickly, and timely. Additionally my transporter was professional and courteous which was a great introduction to the company. Thank You Van. If need be I would feel comfortable of their use again.

I've been trying to get somebody to schedule my trip for 3 days but nobody answers the phone. Their website is a MESS, plus, I can see the names, addresses & soc. security numbers of the clients. I entered all my info. but there is no room to add my insurance co. info/ so they will bill me. Every time I sign in I have to change the password. I bet that Indians designed that webpage. Like other poster said an attorney should file a Class Action Lawsuit for the abuse against the sick elders.

I've been trying for about three months to set up access to patient portal, have to go back and re-do password, etc., then when I get that done, website doesn't recognize my username! Utter madness and helpless/hopeless confusion. Today, trying to set up a transport by phone, am hung up on twice. I'll go back to getting around with RTC paratransit, LiveTrans gets no $$ from my insurance company -and the same with two couples I know, they gave up on dialysis rides a long time ago. Shame.

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING CO.!!! My insurance co. had a contract with LifeTrans years ago and due to the numerous complaints they got rid of them, however, my insurance co. went back with them w/o checking the complaints. Today I waited for 30 minutes for someone to answer the phone and was transferred three time to "the right person." After waiting for another 15 minutes I got a voice mail message asking to "leave a message." I wouldn't be surprised if a class action is filed against this silly company.

It’s disgusting how a company like this is still in business! I’ve never witnessed such rude customer service in my life. The drivers have no patience, they treat people with no respect and they also are terrible drivers! My husband and I had to use this company for about 2 months because he was unable to walk after a car accident. They are always late! We would have to wait up to 90 minutes for them, to the point where we would just order a taxi. We almost got into 2 car accidents while getting transported to doctor appointments.
