GMTCARE's mission is to provide high quality non-emergent ground transportation service while promoting a safe, professional, and friendly environment. Over the past 10 years we have worked hard to create a vision and culture centered around caring, just as you would care for a family member or loved one.
There are three ways to set up transportation. The first is to call 702-979-9696 and speak to one our live Dispatcher's 24 hour a day 7 days a week. If you are private pay client in need of non-emergency medical transportation, you will pay on the day of transport. If you have an established account, the credit card on file will be charged.

Absolutely unprofessional and liars. Called at 8:31 am to have my Uncle picked up and we were told it would be 45 min to an hour. An hour later we called back to check on ETA and company stated we never even called and said it would be another HOUR before anyone could come out. We sat at the hospital waiting for 2 hours waiting to be transported home.

Wow! This company really has it together. I had recently used GMT Care to transport my patient from the hospital to rehab. Unfortunately there were unforeseen delays due to Covid but the staff really came through. Being a bit anxious about time I called their dispatcher about 3-5 times and probably tied up their telephone lines trying to expedite the move. I realized that gmt care is trying to do so much with so little staff and came to realize all of the professional courtesies that they extended to me. I scheduled medical transport with GMT, a week in advance. The morning of my transport day, I called to confirm the pick up time, and was informed everything was in order, and I would be picked up between 1:00pm and 1:30pm. I waited, and no one had arrived by 1:35pm, I attempted to call, but was informed there were five calls ahead of me. I waited on the phone on hold for 15min. My doctor's appointment was for 2:15pm, which left me with only 20 minutes to get from North Las Vegas to Centennial Hospital. When I was finally able to speak to GMT operator, she informed me "I was on the schedule", but

August 9th HD surgery at 9am was told to call after recovery at 2:30pm. NOONE SHOWED UP UNTIL 6:45pm. I had to pay overtime for a caretaker while in pain and need prescription to be filled. I w am a senior citizen and a Army veteran. Is this how u treat people. The so called manager DIDN'T have the decency to return my call. Awful people.

Edwin, Jason and Les transported my significant other from encompass health to our residence. Our residence has 30+ entry stairs and my S.O. is wheelchair bound. These gentlemen went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure my S.O. safe arrival home. They were gracious and polite and I really appreciate them. It was a very hot day In Vegas. Over 108 degrees. These men deserve all the great things in life for what they did. Bless them.

At a very stressful time for my family and I, GMT came through with care, compassion and extreme professionalism. AG and Lennie made the long drive from NV to CA a good experience for my father w/dementia and myself. I can not thank them enough.
