When first booking this, I was concerned because I saw ALOT of really bad reviews for this company. I wasn't sure what to expect.
I have to say though, I had an AWESOME experience! My flight was delayed over and over the night I was supposed to get into Las Vegas and ended up cancelling. Every time I called, I spoke with Kim who was super nice and said how they were tracking my flight for me and hadn't forgotten. When my flight cancelled, not only was she sympathetic to my crying over the phone, but she rebooked me at the last second.
My chauffeur Curt was the SWEETEST! He was on time, super

If you need transportation in Las Vegas this is the place to call. Reasonably priced, fabulous and professional staff. Terri and Dale were so helpful planning transportation for my daughters wedding. The drivers were courteous and professional. I give them a +10!

Bell Limo Service was 5 star all the way. From communication and timeliness to luxury and service. The bright star of the ride was our driver Gunner. Super down to Earth guy, made us all feel comfortable and in charge of our night. I’d highly recommend bell limos and would say take it a step further and attempt to reserve Gunner as your driver. I know me and my pals wont use anyone else. Cheers 🥂

Incredibly pleased with the punctuality and professionalism of our drivers. On our arrival into Las Vegas, Dana, our driver, texted and called, ensuring we were picked up and taken to our hotel from the airport. Then, Lillian, our second driver, had our ride from our hotel to the airport supplied with refreshments. The luxury of having this service drive us is highly recommended, and my husband and I will be scheduling them when we return to Vegas in the future.

We booked Bell Limousine the day before our arrival and they were able to accommodate my family and the price was wonderful (especially compared to other companies).
Our flight was delayed and we didn't arrive until after 1am but Daniel was right there waiting for us with a smile. The limousine was EXTREMELY clean and beautiful! He took our bags and offered polite conversation. It was very refreshing after a long day of travel.
On our return home, Kerry arrived 15 minutes early to our hotel and patiently waited for us to come down. Once again, he was very nice and the limousine was just as beautiful
