Highly recommend working with Sebastian! Not only is he a responsive agent who worked around the clock with me, he knows what to look for in terms of construction / what needs fixing / rough costs and is blunt about if it’s a smart buy or not. This was especially important to me as I’m currently living overseas and wasn’t able to get back to the states to view anything in person, thus was reliant on his knowledge and honesty. Megan is seriously just an amazing person. We are a contractor for her and do many thing such as carpet cleanings, carpet repairs, installs and more for her.
