We know you have many choices when choosing a dentist so we have made requesting an appointment a simple process via our Web site. If, for any reason, you cannot keep a scheduled appointment, or will be delayed, please call us as soon as possible. We accept all major insurance plans. Please contact our office to verify acceptance of your plan.
For patients wishing to use their PPO dental plan, we bill your dental insurance provider and you cover the deductible and co-payments. The amount that you owe depends on your specific dental insurance coverage, and co-payment is collected at the time of service. Another option Zelienople Smiles now offers is an exclusive dental discount program directly through our office.
