Let me start off by saying I can only give one star because it will not let me give none. I had a very traumatic experience with this office. I was there to get my wisdom teeth out, and they were preparing to start my IV. I told the nurse I was terrified of needles - an issue I’ve had since I was young - and I preferred to have the IV done in my hand where bruising and pain would be minimal. She said, “No, we will be doing the IV in your arm. Make a fist, release and repeat.” I continued to do so until the doctor came in. He did not acknowledge me, went straight over to my arm, and tried

The entire staff was wonderful! I felt very well taken care of. My lower wisdom teeth were causing me some pain, and Dr. Dugan and his staff got me in for a consultation AND the extractions THE SAME WEEK. The office staff are so polite and efficient and looked into my insurance and got me an estimate right away. Cherri the assistant made me feel very comfortable and less nervous on the day of the procedure which I really appreciated. I would definitely recommend this office.

Great people with a great attitude. I had more than one procedure done. Mostly dealt with Dr. Dugan and he is a good guy.
The only reason i gave 4 stars not 5 was that an appointment for an implant consultation was 3-4 months in the future. Ihad to canel once for a work trip and it would have been another 3 to 4 months. So 7 to 8 months for a consultation is a non starter. Meanwhile I'm wearing invisalign and they have a much shorter shelflife than 7 months. Got an appointment with another practice one month out.
I highly recommend them and this lead-time issue is solvable if they want to solve
