Terrible living space. Walls are paper thin. you can hear literally everything the neighbors say in just a normal talking voice. Terrible management. Landlord will not fix anything unless you ask them many times.When you try to call the landlord, they will just straight up hang up on you for asking them to repair your unit. They will do everything in their power to keep your whole security deposit when you did nothing wrong. Avoid premiere management all at costs.

This is a very bad quality living space. Too strict of rules and landlord likes to abuse his power. Even when moving out he abuses his power more. A month out of the place and still reviving payments that we “owe” because of stuff that’s way to dramatized. Terrible neighbors and neighborhood areas. Spiders everywhere and terrible exterior. Don’t suggest living here ever.
