I would recommend Fidelity Home Inspections in a heartbeat. From his attention to detail to his willingness to explain and point out things that the average home buyer wouldn’t even think of - Dan was an absolute professional. He was very easy to schedule the inspection with. His report is easy to read, very well organized, and most importantly arrives quickly. When you’re making the biggest financial commitment of your life this is the type of home inspector you need. I’ve never written a google review before and felt I simply had to after hiring Dan.

We would highly recommend Dan if you are in need of a home inspector. I recently purchased a home and due to the crazy market I had to forgo certain inspections. After moving in, I called Fidelity Home Inspection to perform a cursory exterior review which included a roof inspection. Dan came out and utilized his drone which captured detailed photos of my roof. I was sent the photos the same day as well as a summary of the signs of wear and things to watch out for. Fidelity prices were reasonable and Dan was very easy to talk with. I would definitely recommend Fidelity Home Inspections to someone looking for a home inspection.
