Ron has broad knowledge and experience in building design and construction, operation and maintenance. He studied a five-year program of Architecture and Urban Planning, graduated Cum Laude with a B. Arch. He worked on various projects including residential, nursing homes and public schools. His specialty was in sustainable design and green buildings, and he was the first architect in the firm to become a LEED Accredited Professional.
Accent Home Inspection provides comprehensive home inspection and consulting services for various types of dwellings, including single and multi-family homes, townhouses, condos etc. Our inspection starts with the exterior grounds and the building envelope (roof, chimney, drainage, siding, windows, decks, etc), then the garage and the basement (foundations, moisture issues, etc).

Ron was a highlight of our home buying experience. He was not only diligent and knowledgeable, but we also felt he was a true advocate for us as buyers. Like an old time physician, Mr. Bracha can smell trouble when he walks into a room. He also has x-ray vision. Personable, down to earth, perceptive, brilliant, this guy is the Tom Brady of home inspection. He crawls into small spaces, he climbs ladders, he sticks meters in outlets, he shines a light in the darkness, then he generates a meaningful report in hours. I Thought I knew everything about the house I wanted to buy, and he showed me the collapsed foundation hiding in the garage, the signs of mold in the basement, the asbestos hidden behind another pipe, the burner light that did not work

This is the third time I worked with Ron! He never disappoints. He gives great detailed explanations of how everything works in a home. We’ve worked with Ron twice and recommend him to others. He’s amazing! Truly goes above and beyond. Signed up for an appointment right on the website, which was very easy. The inspector (Ron) came right on time and hit the ground running; extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and a naturalist at explaining the different systems of the home. Ron truly went out of his way to provide a quality home inspection, basement to attic! He didn't hesitate to tell me about the house's potential problem areas, but more importantly, he offered useful guidance on how serious those various problems were.
