The rooms in the concierge tower are the best! Amazing perks like free breakfast and appetizers at select times during the day. and the rooms were very clean. You really can't beat waking up to the view of the snow-capped mountains. The casino is nice, the restaurants all have tasty food and there is plenty to do nearby.

Atlantis is infested with tweakers, beggars, and criminals. Used to be security roamed around and made patrons feel safe. Now security is nowhere to be seen and my wife is being constantly hassled when playing. We have moved our gaming elsewhere as we just don't feel safe at Atlantis nor their competitor across the street. Your #1 priority should be making your guests feel safe. If they think people like us are going to walk in with thousands in cash on us while being surrounded by hustlers they have another thing coming.

Awesome! The room was very comfy, it had a view and love waking up to seeing the snow outside at the window. The staff were wonderful and very nice it had alot of shops and casino, gym spa pool arcade. This is my first visit and i hope i can come back!
I just wished the rooms could have a microwave but i like how it has free teas and coffee thank you for your amazing service!
Just wish for the one bed and the couch could have a bigger space to to lay your feet In order to sleep.

I went to Atlantis a week before Christmas 2021. Outside weather was freezing with snow on higher elevation. I was with my family (small kids). They enjoyed the indoor swimming pool, while I enjoyed the different restaurants indoor. All the staff was great, gave us excellent service. I don't gamble and didn't explore that and their arcade. My kids are too small to enjoy the arcade. We went here, so the kids can play on the snow in the nearby slopes. In my opinion, this is the best time to go. Close enough to the holidays without being too busy. The weather was cooperative as there was no chain

It wasn't a bad experience by any means. I waited on the shuttle at the airport, called two times, first time I was told I just missed the shuttle, the second time I got told the guy just went to lunch, while I was sitting in outside in the snow. The lady who answered the phone was beyond nice and apologetic! Took a cab, was immediately reimbursed at check-in. Check-in staff was phenomenal. Very nice, very gracious, truly made me feel appreciated. Room wasn't bad, just seems like it's an older building/room that they are trying to keep relevant. This was such a disappointment, the food at the Napa Bistro was great and the drinks were superb. Then you go out to the floor to play and the drinks are watered down, and the service was almost non existent. The building itself is getting really shabby, especially the carpets. Incompetent waitstaff and bartenders that ignore you. This is my last stay there.

Celebrated my birthday here.
Spa was amazing! Restaurants were delicious! Hotel room was great and comfortable. We absolutely loved our view!
My only concern was their breakfast. They offer you bagels and other snacks for breakfast and you can't eat it in the breakfast room because its sooo small its always busy there. I personally think they need to add some breakfast options.

I Have been coming once a month to reno for work and fell in love with this place. This last time, however, everything changed. The sink to my room had food or junk in it, like they cleaned everything except the sink. I then asked for a quiet room because i have an early day for work and they put me away from the elevator but across the fountain, which you can hear playing christmas music while trying to sleep. I stayed here a couple of days this week. I extended my original stay for an additional night. The staff 'helping' me said I would have to change rooms, though I could stay on the same floor. Seemed odd on a weekday in winter before the ski season, but ok. Went up, gathered all my stuff, rolled down the hallway to the new room. Keys didn't work. Went back down to the same woman. She said 'Do you have your ID'!? I said no! It's in the room, but you just helped me minutes ago. She said, somewhat snidely I felt, that yes, she remembered me (not sure she did) but she said

A four diamond experience is what I was promised when I visited the Atlantis Casino Resort. What I got exceeded every expectation that I had. The Atlantis has something for everybody and finds a way to make every person feel like royalty. The hardest part of my stay was trying to find the best food experience. Every time I tried a different restaurant or snack spot it was better than the last. Everybody should experience this place at least once but I'm telling you right now that if you go one time you will be back.

My colleague and I decided to grab some drinks and then head up to the skywalk for some seafood. We were having a great time laughing and talking when Amber Young told us to keep it down in a condescending tone of voice. She then called security and had me 86d. The security team could not tell me why I was being 86d, didn't ask if I was staying at the hotel, And told me I had to leave. So I had my colleague get my belongings from the hotel room.

On my first work trip to Reno and I chose the Atlantis as it's super close to the airport. I enjoyed the free parking, and the Asian Kitchen inside the resort was really tasty! I especially enjoyed the Japanese whiskey selection. Both the front desk staff and the servers at the restaurant and on the casino floor were very nice, accommodating, and very alert to guests with questions or needs. I always felt like when I needed something, someone was there asking to help me. I did order room service, and the waiter was great, my beers were left off and he ran and got them super quick for

My favorite casino in Reno Nevada! The sports book is super well lit, big and clean! Slots all over and table games! They have all the gambling you could ever want! Hit a three pic parlay card that I booked on Friday! Yay! Good eats, entertainment, gambling and if you like drinking alcohol, you are infinitely covered here!

Fantastic casino. Huge gaming floor. Machines are winning all over the place. Drinks galore. Lots of people enjoying themselves and the company of others. I noticed that the closer you sit to the bar the more likely you are to be offered drinks. Lots of great games. Just great overall place to go when looking for a fun place of entertainment. You can't miss this casino as it can easily be seen from the freeway, and being that Reno only has so many larger casino resorts, this is one of the larger ones with a good selection of slot/tables games. The casino floor is more crowded than it should be as they need to provide better spacing between slots and definitely in the table game area.
It was fairly crowded the day I went and they were enforcing the mask mandate for the most part, though there were some who opened ignored it and employees did not say anything. The slots here are pretty tight so expect don't expect your $$ to

Preface: I've stayed @ Atlantis numerous times the last 10 yrs and it seems The Atlantis I loved is gone. 2 stars because most staff we spoke to wished they could help even though they knowingly book rooms where guests have to deal w/the experience im going to detail

Seafood Buffet one of our stops when we hit town :) fantastic selection of items but our go to are the crab legs which are amazing and depending on your appetite its very reasonable. However, our server Meagan and busboy Luis NEED A RAISE they were fantastic and is the main reason for this review. We had to ask for nothing they were friendly, courteous, kind, helpful, very attentive, and just a great experience. Thank you for Meagan and Luis it was a pleasure:)

My wife had a week off of work and with all of our kids, school, sports and the teams working we just couldn't get away from Reno. So we decided to have a staycation. So I booked a couple of days here and peppered my wife LOL.
First we got a room, then reservations for bistro Napa, got my wife a day at the spa and a massage. We utilize room service at the pool a couple of times, a couple of the bars for nice cocktails, and I stayed at the pool all day. It is an indoor heated pool, and an outdoor Jacuzzi.
The only tarnish on this stay was the resort fee. It is near $40 per day and even being

Always great to have our weekly Soroptimists International of Truckee Meadows luncheon here on Thursdays. We have the plated lunches and today it was a mango chicken or portobello mushroom for our vegans with rice and mixed vegetables. Dessert was a pineapple upside down cake. All yummy and cooked perfectly.
Our favorite server Laurie was unavailable today but, we still received top of the line stellar courteous and attentive service.

Originally we were going to book the Peppermill resort for our stay in Reno/Tahoe but at the last minute, Atlantis offered a 30 percent off with 30 dollars daily credit towards resort fees. Resort fees are 30-35 dollars daily so it adds up. I couldn't resist a good deal so we booked here.
