I’ve moved 6 times over the last decade due to my active duty military career, I can say with confidence that Morgan Property has been the absolutely worst experience. Rental application process takes 2 weeks to get an approval/denial, the longest process I’ve seen. There was little to no communication despite my multiple calls and emails. I was denied because they couldn’t verify my rental history. This was especially upsetting as I emailed them the day of my submission to let them know that I had been stationed outside of the United States in the past 3 years and to offer assistance if

I rented a condo through Morgan Property Solutions over the last two years. Everything I experienced from them was extremely professional and I always received quick replies to questions.
Any maintenance issues I had were handled promptly and their staff and vendors were always very courteous. Move in and move out processes were very smooth and mostly automated which was great.

I applied for a property they have posted near Millenia. I found them through the HotPads app. They were responsive to schedule out a safe appointment and to charge a $65 fee for applications. They responded via e-mail in regards to the application stating that they would contact me back within 24 business hours. They Did NOT! It’s been over 2 weeks or 9 business days since I first applied. Every time I call them the same person responds stating that applications for this property have still not being submitted, but that I would hear back from them the same week. After my initial lease was 100% paid in full 12 months, I signed (what I thought was) renewal of another 12 month lease. I also reported the air conditioning unit was unresponsive to the settings on thermostat. One week later I receive a letter of denial to renew my lease and it has been 5 weeks that the air conditioning unit has not been repaired. Mind you we are in July in central Florida. This property management company expects a single mother and her 10 yr old child to pack up and move out in 91 degree humidity. Not only did you have me sign a pretend piece of paper disguised as a lease renewal

Devinee and Oliver are honest, professional and prompt with their work. They took care of my rental property very well and listed my home for sale. The home was sold and I was very satisfied with their hard work. They always kept me up to date with the necessary repairs and I never had any problems with them.
