Never again. Way too expensive and they never give you any notice on anything. Decided to redo parking lots with no notice and have all of them closed.. but then tell you you only have a hour to move your car or it’s towed? How is a hour enough? And they don’t give you anywhere to move it to. 0/0 communication

It seems that I’m getting forced to pay or something that I did not want or asked for and it’s not in my lease so I don’t understand why in the middle of a years lease the air these things fires my Internet I’m with Spectrum and I want to stay with Spectrum I don’t want the company or the facilities spectrum because the service is too slow right now I just got off of work and it’s not working had the same problem yesterday 9/23/2021

An apartment complex that does not keep up with maintenance and continues to raise its rental prices to unrealistic rates. This is Wood River not St Louis so they need a reality check on their rental prices

I thought about this place now for some time now. It took forever to get intouch with their staff to get the link to apply and put my security deposit down. Now weeks later days before my move in date I still can't get someone to give me a walk through. Nor do I know who, when or I am supposed to get my keys. They did explain how to make a payment of course.

DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID !!!
This is by far the worst place I have ever lived. They will send you 300 email about Spectrum Charter but not tell you when there's going to be construction so loud you can hear it in every single appartment, front & back. Mistakes were made and regrets run plentiful.

They said this place was fully renovated on riverbender.com it could not be further from the truth. People are constantly moving out and they're not just touching up the apartment they're replacing stairs, floors, walls, new refrigerators, & new stoves. This place is not fully renovated and God forbid that you do get an apartment that is renovated it's still a pos. Everything is cheap and fabricated. There's no one at the front office anymore. If you make a maintenance request they let you schedule a time in the maintenance app, but they will come and go as they please with no warning. Nowhere

Lived here for one year and the management sucks! Lisa Albert is such a low down person who is only out for money! I had been invoiced for damages to the apartment that were to be paid on the 5th of August or sent to collections after that. On July 28, collections calls saying I have an outstanding debt from metro apartments. I paid it but called Lisa to find out why she would send me an email saying payable by August 5 and still send it to collections! Her response is "it's no big deal and I sent it to collections because you did not respond with intent to pay. I don't have time

I had a similar experience with a heater in the dead of the winter, I went without heat for about 3 weeks, luckily it was just me and not me with a newborn baby or toddler, we would have froze to death. Their solution we can bring buy this POS oil filled standup heaters. The new property owners say they are fixing things, but check their history, one of the managers of the bethalto location was charged by the bethalto police.

I have never felt so angry with someone so do these apartments. It was the worst experience of my life. The air conditioner was broken for 5 years. They refused to replace it repair it properly. To the point that it cost 450 dollars a month to run it and the temperature inside never fell below 80!! Then when we moved out we were charged unfairly for damage that had been there before we ever moved in. Their lease policy is terrible and they treat tenants like problems they don't want to deal with. The parking lot is so bad that it damaged my car several times and their attempts to fix it only
