Yes, if the lease buy-out fee has been paid. A 60-day notice is required before vacating your apartment, and the lease buy-out fee is one and a half times the rent amount. Please make sure that you reference your signed lease agreement and confirm policies with your Property Manager as there could be unique circumstances.
I love ms sheliah everyone was helpful and more than fair the entire stay was tranquil and safe close by food and supplies bus route is not a bad walk or drive to highways. They have extra parking the apartments are kept up as best as possible to me. They work hard and with u even with no so perfect credit I'd say if u can afford it it's worth it.

I have submitted a application on 11/23. I spoke with Ty**** (blocked name due to privacy) in the leasing office. I was told that the only thing that they are waiting on is rental verification. She said that my leasing company emailed her stating that I did not live in the property. I called my leasing company and was told to email the compliance department to receive rental verification. Ty**** said that she would be out until Monday and will get back with me and if rental history can’t be provided a double deposit will be needed. I didn’t hear from her on Monday so I called, she asked me

I moved in Aug 2020. My lease is almost up in a couple of weeks & I gotta say it’s wasn’t bad here. The leasing office was always friendly and understanding. Maintenance always came through even if it took a max of not even 2 weeks.
My only negative is living on the bottom level & the amount of outdoor bugs that get in. Overall , you will enjoy your stay. Very quiet area & not bad on the parking .

I've lived on the property for about 4 or 5 years. I seen managers come and go. I love my townhome, I wish it was updated. My neighbors are quiet. The leasing office seems to be ok. It jus takes a minute for your concerns to be addressed.

I applied for a unit February 2020 and was told I would have to pay a holding fee of $100 and an application fee of $50. Now I was told that the holding fee would be refundable if I did not move in. They took extremely long to get back to me with the status of my application and I ended up not signing a lease. Now here we are May 2020 and I STILL have not received my money back from the holding fee. I have called there office literally every week for the past 3 mos asking when will I receive my funds back. I made sure they had the correct forwarding address on file several times which I still think

So I've been waiting a month now to receive a response from them on if I've gotten approved or not. I call leave several messages no one calls me back. To make matters worse, I still haven't received a callback or even my money back. The worst experience I've ever had with apartments.

I'm sorry but this place is honestly one of the worst places I've ever stayed. We stayed here for 1 year and it was horrible! We moved in 11/2018 Bc we were under the assumption it was a nice place but we were deceived by the office manger. So lets start here:
After we moved in it took all of 2-3 months to get the "weed" smell out of the apartment. Idk if it was in the carpet or walls but it definitely was upsetting. Next it took FOREVER to get the laundry key. We requested it a couple times and it wasn't until the 5th or 6th time I asked and went to the office I got one

I moved to Paddock Village a year ago. I love everything about this complex. My townhome is really spacious. I have only had to call them to fix something minor so far, they came right to my apartment in record time to fix the issue. The Staff treats you like family. I look out my window almost everyday to watch them walking around cleaning up trash off the grounds. They do not tolerate loud and bothersome tenants. If you do not give the office a reason to bother you, You wouldn't even know they are on grounds, unless you need help with something. Every single time you walk in the office, they

I have enjoyed my stay so far with the Paddock Village community. The women in the leasing office are always welcoming, patient, and excited to help. The mataince staff is quick to respond and efficient. Every morning there is someone walking the grounds and collecting the debris, creating a clean, carefree environment. The neighbors I have in my building are quiet and respectable, and this seems to be the general consensus throughout the complex. Overall a great place to live if you enjoy paying your bill and being left alone.

I am counting down the day until I move. I'll keep this review short, because I could write a book with all the problems I've had in this apartment.

In the summer expect your electric bill to be at least $250; the windows are terrible and are poorly insulated. They're very thin and the screens are not installed correctly (so you also can't open your windows without bugs coming in). And in the winter my gas bill went up $10 every month. It started off around $25 a month but by the winter it was up to $140.

There are bugs galore here....mostly spiders and wasp (which I hate
