All the gutters drain outside my window and causes my carpet to be soaked everytime it rains. Told the office and said there is nothing they can do because the building owner won’t fix the problem. They offered to have my carpet cleaned but is yet to happen.
1 month later update: They still never reached out and now refuse to do anything about our kitchen sink backing up on a regular basis. They blame it on the upstairs neighbors and say there is nothing they can do to fix it.

Absolutely filthy at move in. They claim they were cleaned but with all the stains and food all over the counters on move in if that is the case the cleaning person should be fired. Oven and microwave caked in grease and fridge/freezer nasty. Looked much better once we cleaned everything but I am guessing they will charge you for leaving it in the same condition at the end of the year as what you found it. Damage to every single cabinet in the kitchen.

Front desk folks are awesome! Always so friendly, reliable and helpful. The Maintenance staff is widely known across the complex to be amazing as well, very respectful of your space and efficient as well as personable. Unfortunately, it is time for a change of scenery after 2 short years here. I Prefer a little more space, peace, and higher… quality living quarters for my value. Going to miss this place! My only complaint is the “valet living” service that is provided by a third party business, they are supposed to pick up your trash bags outside your door and maybe do it once

My lease in this overpriced dumpster is finally over! I will miss the disgusting smell of the hallways. Maintenance has been too busy to fix my toilet flush for the past 8 months hope they will do it before someone else moves in. I am happy that they cleaned the air filters and to show me how dirty it was they spread the dirt all over my bathroom.… I guess they left the doors unlocked and all the way open to make sure strangers can get into my room to check it out! They are great with protecting your delivery too, they hide (lose) it so well even they couldn’t find it. Ohh! Just got

I love living here!! I lived here in 2018 when the management team was very unprofessional, which motivated me to find housing elsewhere. But now in 2020, I have to say the staff has improved immensely. They are so welcoming and truly try their best to take care of residents and their families. There is always something going on or free food which is amazing especially during COVID. I would recommend this to anyone moving from home, utilities are included, they are renovating all of their amenities and I can not wait till they open up. I wish I could give this complex more stars!
