Enclave a great place to live! They are always giving out free food and fixing any problems that I have had. They do events often to get residents involved and are always accommodating to any needs that I have had!! Staff is super nice and always very helpful as well!

Great staff, great place, 10/10 student living experience. I love skateboarding around the apartments cause the scenery is so beautiful!

I would not recommend this place to anyone. The internet here is awful and is guaranteed to go out at least once a day. For anyone who does some schooling at home this makes it incredibly hard with the internet going out all the time and when it is not going out the internet is still incredibly slow. There are no Ethernet ports either. Pay the little extra money for a better place. Do not live here.

Sorting the reviews by new reveals when the ownership was switched at this place. My brother is unfortunately stuck here and today they decided to cut all wired internet without warning. Prior to this they cut the internet speed significantly and now he can barely even do his homework. The owners of this place will cut costs wherever they can regardless of how it effects their residents. There are much better living options around the school.

Surely this isn't a recurring scenario and my roommates and I likely had an awful experience with them thus far, but Enclave has been extremely disinterested in the MANY problems that have happened with our unit. On our first day, our door handle to get into our apartment broke, the knob on our washing machine broke completely off, and our dishwasher leaked every time we ran it. But the worst problem by far was the black mold buildup in my bathroom shower due to a leaking pipe in the unit above mine. Do not recommend. Had a much better experience at Greenhill, (they even included a tv in the living room!)
The talked about monthly cost upon signing the lease and then getting the bill was appr. $75-$100 more. Tagged on different fees throughout the year that were not previously discussed when my roommates and I signed. Also weren’t given a copy of lease until we asked for one to be emailed to us.
I got double charged on rent. As a college student with a fixed income I didn’t have the money available in the account at the time for 2 months rent to be taken out at once, (unexpectedly), and

"cable not included" hidden $70 Simple Bill fee, can't oupt out
"fixed Wifi" is only 18-20 mbs, crashes a lot, complicated password
"free printing" often out of order, ran out of toner/ ink
"pool" closes at 5 or 6pm even during summer
"mail" won't tell you if you have a package to pick up, you have to call to check
"maintanence" Fire alarm battery died over the weekend? I hope you can sleep with the constant chirping, because no one is coming to fix it.

Me and my friend had the pleasure of meeting Brittani! She was so nice, professional, and very sweet. She knows everything there is to know about Enclave! Any and every question we had she answered and was able to give us a tour of the property! We’ve toured many apartment complexes and spoke with different agencies but Brittani definitely stood out to us. Hoping to sign a lease very soon!

Enclave has everything a student could ever want have in a student living complex. I was so happy with moving my friend in. The apartment looked new at move-in and the furniture and washer and dryer are great quality. The printing, ice maker, and fitness center are all great amenities. I was very thrilled with our experience!

My daughter moved into Enclave this fall and I was thoroughly impressed. The process of applying and signing the lease was simple, and the staff was always there to explain any questions we had. The move in went very smooth and the apartment set up is everything a college student could ever want. I feel so comfortable with my daughter living at this complex, and she is extremely happy as well.

The worst management!! They charged for the bed and the chair $300, although they were damaged before I got there! Everything in there is so cheap. Work orders take forever! Even when they fix it, it still doesn't work! No windows in the living room making it so dull. Rent is extremely high compared to what you get. You only get $30 for electricity per month. Internet is very slow (thats if it works) and you only get a couple of HD channels. They also charged us $180 extra for electricity!! Guys, if you value your money, look for other places to live!!
