I worked with Alan Panozzo, Funeral Director, for full-service funerals for both of my parents who died within 24 hours of each other due to COVID-19 issues. Alan was very helpful until I paid him in-full. He emailed me a new contract to sign from the company he uses to inscribe headstones. I asked Alan Panozzo numerous times to call this company to straighten out a serious problem regarding the wording in the contract but he would not contact this company even though I paid him in-full for this service about 3 months ago in December 2020. I don't live in the area of where my parents are buried

Allan went above and beyond for me when planning my husband's service. He was always kind, caring and treated me like family. I can not say enough good things about Allan and the rest of the Panazzo family. Thank you for making this difficult time so much easier for me and my family. My grandparents have been using this funeral home since 1937 and I can absolutely see why. Thank you again from the Johnson Family.

Very disappointed in their lack of attention after the fact. In all honesty, they did a lot right in their services for my mom. But when we noticed, after the fact, that the year of death on the gravestone was incorrect, they did not respond to telephone calls and emails. Total indifference to our feelings after the fact.
