I lived here for two years, in two different apartments. They kept most of my deposit upon move out of the second, due to things that were broken and damaged since before I moved in. I left the apartment in better condition than I received it. It was impossible to meet with office staff due to the hours I work and their unwillingness to schedule someone early morning/late evening or on a Saturday. They even asked me to park my truck in a different location because of a resident complaining about my completely basic, stock headlights. You do not get what you pay for living here. It’s a hassle

The worst place to live. The manager Jennifer Harris is a complete stinker. Very unprofessional . You're better off sleeping in your car. You ask for maintenance and no one shows up, you set an appoint with Jennifer about issues in the complex and she never shows up. All she cares about is Money, money, money. This apartment complex will need a new manager to thrive.

Honestly if you want an inspection every 6 weeks then this is the place for you. The elevator works about 1/3 of the year, the other 2/3 of the year its closed for "repairs". Whoever is their repair man must not know what they're doing, because this has been going on for nearly 5 years!
Bug inspection, wasp inspection, window inspection, sliding door inspection, heater/cooler inspection, AC unit inspection, gas inspection, toilet inspection, I mean this place has more inspections than people to be perfectly honest.
Would never recommend. If you have any sort of pets, I hope they like their kennels

They have really improved the place over the years and are dog friendly. They fix everything very quickly if it breaks and are all around very friendly. Unfortunately they recently upgraded how they bill water and the rates are getting ridiculous (i now pay 2x as much even though i hardly use any water). I have to now look for a new place to live when my lease is up.

Lived there for around 5 years, always nice to neighbors and offered a helping hand when needed. While living there we have had a hornet infestation in our apartment for over 2+ months. Was told it was an act of God so basically had to deal with it. My family and i had to sleep in the living room this entire time (and we had a newborn). I paid for a 2 bed 2 bath and basically got a kitchen, bathroom, and livingroom. They are way overpriced. They claim to be a secured facility but myself and others have had damage done to vehicles and items taken from them. Management refused to aid in any investigation

This place is a joke. We lived there for 3 years only because we were stuck there. Read until the end because I saved the best for last! I have a heart condition and need the elevator. We lived on the third floor and many times the elevator would be out of service for maintenance or randomly stop working. Water damage all over the building. You're not allowed to use the common area for sitting or socializing. We wanted to throw our baby shower in the community room which was available for rent and we called they said we are turning it into an apartment. Mind you no notice was given prior to renovating
