The women's house has far less freedom than the men's. Currently there is a female staff with confirmed covid that is not wearing a mask. It's advertised as sober living and PHP, but. Is residential
Staff is arrogant, rude and unlikable. If you need inpatient, I recommend this because it's safe-ish. If you want sober living and PHP do not go here

While my experience with the Counseling staff was invaluable my experience with the Administrative representatives was horrible. I was told that my initial and only cost would be 1100$(500$ for my copay and 600$ for room and board) with my insurance. Thats why I was shocked and blindsided by a bill for nearly five thousand dollars. I was also told, when I mentioned exercise was an important component to my long term sobriety, that I could run daily and we could attend off site crossfire 3x a week. This was a total fabrication as well. Crossfire was once a week and I was only allowed to walk in

Let me start by saying u was an actual resident who went thru the program... I feel that when calling to inquire about the treatment process and what it will be like during ur stay the intake coordinators need to be fully transparent... as such the first 2 weeks ALL residents are on a blackout period so no cell phones for the first 14 days this is for YOUR OWN benefit ... there are certain exceptions which can be made in advance if you discuss it PRIOR to signing ANY paperwork... once you sign it there’s no changing it. So if you know you need to pay a bill. That’s due sometime in those first

I do not regret going to Crestview as it did help my recovery and it does offer a more liberal lifestyle compared to more clinical facilities. However, I was severely disappointed in the staff. The intake staff will lie to you on the phone, saying whatever sweet words they can to get you in and once you sign the contract you are stuck there or faced with severe financial fees if you choose to leave. They lie about what privileges you will have and how much time you can spend speaking on the phone with family, amongst other things. The staff in charge of governing the house and clients are all only

If you want to get clean and STAY clean, come here. I got clean in February of 2020, a week or so before this whole covid thing went worldwide. I was coming out of psychosis when I was at Crestview, and let me tell you, I couldn't have asked for a better transition into a brighter life. The staff is empathetic; they will listen to you and genuinely care. I truly discovered myself at Crestview and I will never forget my experience here.

I was there for treatment Portland Oregon Crestview.Having been to several rehabs before Crestview, This place is amazing. Beautiful house, great kitchen, you get to do your own shoping yourself once a week and are responsible for your own meals, cooking ,cleaning.Rewarded if all goes well with your program and group,
day trips to scenic parks, bowling, movies, etc.barbecue, and you are with others that also want to be free of drugs and or alcohol etc. This program works.Best rehab I ever went to.. The CV staff was professional and kind. What else can I say, I should have spoke up sooner about this

I was one of the first people to pass through Crestview when it opened in 2016. Best treatment I ever had. An appropriate amount of responsibility lands on the patient for actually wanting to be there to better themselves. You're always going to have people in treatment that aren't serious and are waiting to seize the moment to drink or use. If you can apply yourself to AA and their program it's a great facility. I've been sober since. That was my 10th time in treatment.

Crestview went above and beyond to help me navigate the addiction treatment maze -- even offering information on other programs to ensure that my daughter would access treatment after detox.
Thankfully, she was able to enter Crestview the day before Thanksgiving, and while there, received a personalized treatment program that addressed substance use, mental health, trauma history, and family system issues. She had access to a clean/safe women's residence, medication assisted treatment, individual and group therapy, community-based providers, recovery activities, skill-building, and case management
