The layout is pretty nice and standard and the building is quite modern. The outside for cooking is quite nice with a pool so the price all ends up. The bath room is a pretty decent size and the bedrooms are too. The kitchens include cabinets, counters, stove, dishwasher, and sink. The dining room area is a decent size, the living room is a pretty good size for what you paid for.

I live here now, i've been here for a year. I don't discount other people's issues, but i will say that so far I've really liked it. The maintenance has been decent. My neighbors are awesome and the price is pretty reasonable for joco. Its not perfect and its not the lap of luxury, but considering some of the other places i saw in my price range I am very happy to be here. I know rent will go up when my lease renews and I really hope it doesn't increase too much because I really want to stay.

They use to have some of the best leasing office worker's I'v ever encountered. They were very professional and easy to communicate with. These new employee's fabricate conversations with tenants. While the manager Maria is no better. She's a very unpleasant person. She makes it impossible to even ask questions concerning rent issues during the present times we are in. Don't have a deep voice and be concerned about issues. She'll pan you out to be unprofessional when your not on the clock.

Was bought by a new company. shortly after they illegally evicted an entire building because the previous owner Allen Quigley knew about the black mold for two years. they said they would relocate us to new apts but demanded we reapply. I did but the new office manager was so sketchy I removed my application because she was telling me everything anyone had to say about me and telling other people things about me. she stated that she is the only minority in the company and that Is why they saddled her with this run down complex. the health department had to shut down the pool but not before people
