Could not recommend this place more. I am always left beyond impressed at how quickly our maintenance requests get fulfilled, and how much effort and care is put forth to achieve those requests. Staff here is so kind and understanding. Every penny spent to be able to live here is so worth it. This is such a family friendly complex.

I think I've only ever posted a review on here once in my life. If I'm lying it's been twice. This was genuinely the worst place I've ever spent two years of my life paying rent.
Management is terrible, maintenance is terrible, the apartment manager lacks responsiveness, honesty, integrity and overall understanding. I'll keep this short but for anyone that reads this, I promise there are better options.

Kids aren’t “allowed” to play anywhere, draw with chalk, jump into the pool, etc. parking lot is a mess, leasing office manager is VERY strict about rules that weren’t in the lease and will find very small and unseeable things to drain down your deposit when you move out, even when you use the cleaning company she recommends. a whole mess.

This is a great place to live! Everything was brand new when I moved in, the carpet and the appliances. Anything that has needed to be fixed was fixed the very next day. The neighbors are all friendly. There is a nice pool, basketball court and the workout facility has been updated recently. They have recently put in new landscaping and have painted the buildings as well. 7.9.19

They towed my car without proper notice or signage.
Edited after the owner replied to add this screenshot of the Olathe municipal code which they violated. There to no bonafide effort to contact me. My vehicle was only park there for 12 hours overnight while I visited my mother from out of state. If I had been closer I would have fought this and won.
