At The Residences at Bluhawk, our goal is for your apartment home to be a place you enjoy coming home to every day. Comments: Our community is happy to accept dogs and cats. Maximum of 2 total pets allowed in the apartment home. The monthly pet rent is per pet.
Restrictions: Aggressive dog breeds including, but not limited to, Pit Bull, American Staffordshire Terrier, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, Malamute, Doberman Pinscher, Chow, Great Dane, Saint Bernard, Akita, Wolf Hybrid, and any mixed breed that includes the aforementioned, are specifically prohibited and Landlord has discretion to limit other breeds.Inherently dangerous or exotic, feral or wild animals are prohibited.

I have lived in the apartment community for the past eight months and could not be more pleased with the experience. As with anything in life, circumstances arise that are not the most pleasant. What has been pleasant has been my interactions with the staff. They are understanding and quick to respond to any issues that arise. I'm very grateful for the maintenance and office staff at the Residences at Bluhawk and their hard work that makes living here enjoyable.

I have lived at The Residences at Bluhawk for almost a year. The property is very well kept, the office staff is amazing and the apartments are beautiful. I have lived here just short of a year. Up until recently, when a resident moved in above me, I would have given them five stars, hands down. Here is the issue... there is no sound barrier between apartments. I absolutely cannot believe they built this big beautiful property and left out one of the most important attributes. It’s by far worse than any other property I’ve lived in. I now get to sleep with a pillow on top of my head every night

I had a 6 STAR experience at The Residence at BluHawk. My Leasing agent , Makala, was smart, engaging, and very knowledgeable. she went above and beyond to make sure that my new place didn't just feel like an apartment, but that it felt like home.
Secondly the apartments are phenomenal ,and keen attention was paid to flawlessly execute the smallest details. from the beautiful granite counter tops down to the crown moldings. The floor plans and layouts allows you to flow effortlessly throughout the house. and the windows are at the perfect angles to allow plenty of natural sunlight into the rooms

I absolutely love this community. I’ve lived here for about 1 year now and have had an unparalleled experience. For starters, it’s a brand new community that is well designed and truly beautiful. The management team, maintenance crew, and other staff are always very professional, extremely helpful and polite. The interior of the apartments are stacked with energy efficient and sleek appliances. The complex itself is located in a quickly developing area that will only continue to grow it seems. The schools are among the best in the state if you have little ones. The neighbors are all very friendly

Love these apartments! They are in a great location - close to shopping and the highway but not in the middle of all the busyness of Overland Park. Love the granite countertops and brand new appliances. The best part of Bluhawk is definitely the staff and management. Most of the apartments that we have lived in and looked at had pretty poor management and sub par communication, but the team at Bluhawk has been extremely responsive, friendly, and will help you in any way they can. They are a wonderful team and we’re glad we chose Bluhawk!

We love living here! Apartments are brand new and have amazing appliances. It felt like home the first day we moved in! Also, whenever we’ve had to reach out for help the apartment manager and staff have been extremely helpful and communicative. Definitely would recommend for anyone out looking for a new place!
