We came definitively from Boston to Gardner just over a month ago, We came to visit about three times before that and we fell in love with everything, for now we are at my son and daughter-in-law's house, waiting anxiously to move in January. I want to thank the staff for their attention, good service and kindness you are the best. Thank you for everything.

The office personnel has always been helpful and pleasant to deal with. They made me feel at home from the beginning.
The maintenance team on two occasions have taken care of requests the same day. One was so simple to take care of I felt silly but both Kevin and Tommy reassured me that I wouldn't have known the solution.
The only downside, but it's the case with all complexes, other tenants aren't very friendly.

I just wanted to say thank you to the maintenance man, Tommy today for being so kind and helpful to me. This afternoon I was leaving my apartment with my hands full, plus trying to carry two large, heavy trash bags to my car. Tommy saw me struggling to carry the bags and drove over in his golf cart and asked if I needed help. He not only helped me carry them but he kindly said that he would be happy to help and take them to the trash dump for me! How thoughtful and generous to help me when most people would have looked the other way. I know it doesn't sound like much but It was and I am grateful

We came from out of state with only a few hours to tour and find a new place to live. We only needed a short-term lease as we plan to buy shortly but wanted to get to know the area first. Sheyenne was so helpful and professional. She had several apartments to show us and The Reserve at Moonlight apartments has several short-term lease options that perfectly fit what we were looking for. The apartments were clean and well maintained. We even got into an apartment that was just updated and it is beautiful. Neighbors are so friendly, it is so pet friendly, our little pup has already made friends.

I absolutely love my new home at the Reserve at Moonlight! The office staff was so helpful in getting the lease agreements all set up timely and professionally and they still communicate via text and email if any information is important that tenants need to know. I contacted the maintenance dept one evening right after normal hours and they called and came by immediately and I was so impressed with how helpful the gentleman was! The day that I moved in "Everything" was extremely clean and well taken care of! I have been here 2 months and still love it! Thanks to all the staff and keep up the great
