Founded in 2017, I created Payton's Place Real Estate due to stark inconsistencies in how the conventional property management company operates. Deficiencies in customer service and communications; mark ups and hidden fees to name a few. So I decided to create an alternative with homeowners and tenants in mind.

I’ve been renting my home in DC for almost a year and it’s been a very pleasant experience. Paytons place are and have always been very communicative. Since the application process Ron and his associates were very transparent in my move in process even when things didn’t seem so pretty. Since living in a paytons place home I’ve been completely satisfied with my experience. I’m talking next day repairs, easy breezy inspections on a regular bases, and once again GREAT Communication. SO CLEARLY I AM NOT THE ONLY ONE, I was shown a property, I applied the same day...never heard anything back. I got one response a week later telling me they were still considering apps. I called that same day under a different name to inquire the very same TIFFANY BOULWARE said there were no applicants and was ready to schedule a showing with my fake alias.
clearly they are collecting application fees and flaking on the potential tenant.
People are just looking for a place to stay and they out here scamming.

Ron was great to work with as the property manager of a unit I lived in for 2.5 years. He was responsive and professional.
Whenever anything needed to be fixed, it was taken care of quickly and by a professional tradesperson. The portal for requesting a repair and paying rent is easy to use.
