If you're like me, you've already decided custom is the way to go and retail just won't do. You've also probably done tons of research on: online vs in person, big shop vs small, the notorious Cs, etc, etc... to the point where you're pretty close to analysis paralysis lol. He does not pressure you like a lot of other jewelers and is truly interested in making sure you get what you want. What an amazing experience it was to have my diamond ring redesigned with Keith from NYC Wholesale Diamonds. From the time I first reached out to him, he was patient and attentive to all of my questions and concerns. I let him know what we were looking to do...change my solitaire marquise diamond to a three stone ring, and he found the absolute perfect diamonds to compliment the original stone.
