I had some work done here after a tire shop damaged my rocker panel and door. Also some had chips on the hood fixed. I got estimates from many shops, and this place was the lowest (now I see why) When I picked the car up the first time, the interior trims were not put back properly and the windshield washer nozzles were not hooked up. Also, the door and rocker job was done terribly. To make a long story short, I had to keep coming back for them to basically re-do the job and it still isn't quite right. I don't recommend this shop. Go to Black Oak Auto Body or Mountain View. I'm being

What are they doing that your not aloud to see? Are they doing something illegal that's why your not aloud to to see what they are doing. You go anywhere elseyyou can stand somewhere safe to watch what'shhappening with your vehicle. The inspection station is iffy to me since they tried to refuse to do my car because I want to stay with it, what is so secret that they have to hide your information from you. I've had people at inspection station by the state looking at my car for something you are not even inspection. Why you going through my car, revving my engine and opening my hood

First, I took my car because someone had hit me and that someone recommended that place to me, which I accepted because it looked like a good place with a good rating and they looked professional but they not.
And since the place looked very good, I paid them separately, out of my pocket, to paint the rear bumper, and what they did was they painted it over another paint
I had to take the car twice because the first time the weatherstrip was falling off, they didn’t put the right clips also the paint was peeling off I’m so disappointed of that place can tell a lot a bad thing that they do

They did a pretty good job of fixing my wife's handy work on her a6. I've attached before and after shots. There was a little confusion as to what I thought I was getting and what I got, but their prices were good and overall the car looks better. Also, they were quick to respond to questions that I had throughout which I appreciate.

Wow - what a great experience! I haven't been to an auto body shop in forever. This pace is clean, convenient and has great staff. The grill on my car broke off after being hit so I popped over to get an estimate. They did the estimate immediately then scheduled me for the service. I went to pick up my car and they had cleaned it! I would definitely recommend this place to others. I don't have a Lincoln either. Awesome.

I can't say enough nice things about this place. They were accommodating and reassuring at a stressful time. They did a beautiful job repairing the accident damage to my '04 Focus making it look almost as good as new. And since I was paying out of pocket (will NEVER drop collision again, even if my car is 100 years old!) they did me a solid deal on the price. I can't recommend this place highly enough.

I can say that I had an amazing experience with Wayne Motors Auto Body. I was very happy with their quality of service and they made me feel confident that I was in good hands. My car had to stay in the shop so they offered me a ride home which was very nice. Overall I had a great experience and I will definitely come back to Wayne Motors Auto Body for all my car repair needs.
