Established in 1946, Citro's Auto Body was founded by Samuel and Mildred Citro. The Citro's owned and operated the business until April of 2014 when it was purchased by Peter Cook. I’ve been forced by my insurance company to use citros 3 times and every time they lack communication, professionalism, and most importantly do not provide service in a timely fashion. They’ve had my car for 6 weeks. First they said they were waiting on parts then they told me it’s because they were short staffed for 6 weeks. Every week they postpone pick up dates for 3 weeks, this has cost me thousands of dollars just by having my car sit at citros. I genuinely don’t understand how they’ve been in business this long.

I was very impressed with the excellent body repairs that Citro's provided. Very friendly staff, and overall a great experience. After a metal projectile slammed into my car at 60 miles an hour, the front end was a mess. My car came out looking like new, paint looks great, and it looks like it did when I first purchased it. In the event I need any body repairs in the future, would definitely use them again.

This business is absolutely the best I hit a deer in my Mercedes it was a lot of damages and they left it brand new and then my BMW got hit by the back and I took it to them because I really love the way they did my Mercedes I will recommend this place in a heartbeat and the girl that works in the front her name is Julie she does a terrific job at keeping people posted via text or emails thank you so much for your terrific job

My car had some damage to the bumper that I found out months later caused a ton of internal damage to the radiator support and a lot of parts had to be replaced. The staff at Citro's was so kind and helpful! They have great customer service. They were always quick to give me updates and available to answer any questions that I had. My car had to be repaired during the coronavirus pandemic and they made sure to clean the inside of my car and even wiped down my credit card and keys before returning them to me.
I would 100% go back to Citro's if my car needed repairs again!

Excellent customer service, Doreen kept us in the loop every step of the way, everyone was so nice to us from scheduling the first appointment to handing the keys back to us once the repairs were finished. Body work is EXCELLENT. My mother's car was rear ended and the amount of damage to it nearly rendered it totaled. Got the car back yesterday and you would not be able to tell this car was even in a collision. They are right on the money and make sure that you are 100 percent satisfied, I would say we are 110 percent satisfied! Thank you for making the process absolutely painless. I would recommend

Brought in my sad-looking 2002 Honda CRV for a much needed make-over...dings, minor dents, decade and a half of sun baked enamel fading... all work that was meticulously handled by Citro's Auto Body.
This 15 year old SUV looked absolutely beautiful after being professionally restored by these Restoration Geniuses.
Coupled with this car's low mileage and new found great looks... once again, she'll once again look very pristine in our driveway!

Citro's from my initial phone call to have my vehicle looked at to the pickup of my fully repaired vehicle was an amazing and painless experience I must say.
Doreen genuinely cared that I had damage to my 2016 vehicle and I didn't feel as though I was just another job to them. They were very careful not to under estimate the time needed for repairs and had it completed a full day and a half earlier. They did an excellent job as it looks as good as new again!!

We recently were involved in a car accident. We have a brand new leased SUV and we were afraid where the insurance company would send us. From the minute I called Citros it was a breeze. Great customer service. Everything was done very quickly and professionally. Our car looks better than new. I highly recommend this place to anybody that needs auto body work done. I got into a very bad accident with my truck in 2008. They fixed my truck to perfection! You couldn't even tell this truck was in an accident. I have never used another auto body since. Well... I have only needed one once after that, but needless to say if I ever need auto body work, this is my place. I can not comment on price because I didnt pay much attention to the bill because the person who hit me's insurance covered it. You hear plenty of horror stories about auto body shops. It is difficult to find a reliable one but Citro's is one you can count on.
