I think their working speed is extremely slow. My car was towed to their repair company on October 25, but it has been repaired. In the past, they always shirk responsibility, saying that my accessories were not in place until I waited for more than one. They opened it in a hurry and started to check, and then they were left unused again. I waited for another month and there was still no news. It made me feel that my car was repaired a little indefinitely.

So impressive in every respect. Friendly, professional, reliable, and they do excellent work. Herbert snd John were great throughout the entire process of my rear-view mirror repair. They kept me informed and were so friendly in doing so. Bottom line... the job was done right and in a timely manner. Naturally no one wants to face the need for this type of servece... it probably means there was an unfortunate incident with your vehicle. But if/when you do, I highly recommend Riel Auto Body. I see no reason to go rlsewhere for professional, reliable service.

My beautiful sports car was hit by a big truck, both I and the car were crushed. I took it to Herbert to look at it and to see if he could restore it to it's previous condition. It took a while due to parts availability.
Herbert and his team did an excellent job restoring my car to its previous condition. They pay attention to detail and will do it right.
Looking at the car you would not know anything had happened to it.
I am so happy to have it back and looking beautiful. I would highly recommend them and this is not the first time I have used them and the last job was done great as well.

My truck was fixed 3 months ago, still looks great. Can't tell that there was. Any thing wrong with it. My insurance recommended them and after reading the reviews I give them a shot. Time promised was kept. Hopefully no one hits me again.

They have had my car for over a month when it was suppose to be a couple of days. Every day was a new excuse. Somehow they where shipped the wrong part but ordered the right one. The guy I spoke to on the phone was rude, I have been promised "it will be done tomorrow" every day for five weeks! I'm a mom I need my car!

I GOT HIT THE DAY BEFORE CHRISTMAS EVE AND THEY TOOK MY CAR IN RIGHT AWAY. THERE WERE A FEW BUMPS THROUGH OUT THE PROCESS BUT HERBERT WAS AMAZING THROUGH OUT IT ALL ESPECIALLY WITH ME NOT EXACTLY BEING THE EASIEST CUSTOMER TO DEAL WITH. MY CAR IS FINISHED AND IT LOOKS AMAZING-THEY EVEN DETAILED THE INSIDE AND OUTSIDE OF MY VEHICLE AT NO COST TO ME! THEY GO ABOVE AND BEYOND AND I TRULY DO APPRECIATE IT. Riel is a preferred shop for Liberty Mutual. I had an accident and this is the place I took it. The entire process for getting a rental via enterprise and the paperwork is seamless.
They are very transparent. I had a GMC and since there was a strike parts were delayed. They kept me up to date. I also called alot for check up and they were very friendly. Not annoyed at my check ups.
Herbert and Mike are great and professional. Just genuinely nice people.
The work was on a 2019 vehicle and they did an amazing job. I reccomend it to anyone who is on the fence.

Just picked my car up and couldn't be happier. The process was seamless and required zero effort on my part, they dealt with the insurance and rental car companies. I was updated via text and my car was ready far earlier than I expected. I highly recommend this shop. Great people to work with.

Stay clear of this shop. We took my wife's Durango in to repair her rear bumper after she was hit. This should have been fairly straight forward. When we received the vehicle back there was still a scuff mark that a blind person could have seen above the tail light which they claim they replaced. When I looked closer the gapping was a mess. I took it back and pointed out the issues to the assistant manager. While I was there with him and the sun was shining I was shocked when I saw scratches all through the paint. Got rear ended a few weeks ago in my Ford Focus and the guys at Riel Auto Body worked with the insurance company and got my rear end fixed up beautifully. They restored it to like-new condition with Ford parts in just a few days. Highly recommended.

Outstanding service and work for a very reasonable price. I had some rust on the hood and on the inside of one of the doors of my Ridgeline (a 2007 version). Love the truck and want to keep it looking good. Glenn looked at it and said he would replace the hood and fix the inside door. Only took one day and it looks great! Herbert at the front desk is also excellent to work with and knows his stuff.

Brought the car in for rear tail light and rear bumper repair. They gave me an estimate close to my insurance adjuster estimate on repair costs. They told me how long it would take to order and receive the parts and an estimate of how long the repairs would take. I got a call a couple of days later with the car in great shape and the outside cleaned. Great service and easy to talk to.

We had some work done on the passenger side of our car at Riel Auto body and could not be more satisfied with the finished result. Customer service was exceptional, John in the office was very clear about what would be done and was very pleasant to work with. I don't understand the previous review about poor customer service, because we had wonderful customer service from start to finish. Would definitely recommend!

Can not recommend, they deliberately put my tire on backwards and did not balance it after they advised they were going to.

Just got my car back after having backed into a tree (I know). It's beautiful - you would never know it had any damage. It's also clean as can be, as they vacuum, wash and wax cars after finishing the work. My insurance paid for the work, but I know the prices are fair, as my husband had some work done on his car there. The price quoted was the exactly the price he paid. Super nice guys, too - Glenn is the owner, and he is the best. Highly recommended!

Had a little fender bender that I had to pay for by myself. I did some research on auto body shops in town and some quoted me gigantic prices, while others quoted me barely anything, but those places (the latter) didn't look very professional. Riel was in the middle for cost and someone I know also went there with good results so I decided to give them a try.

I really didn't have to do much here. I just showed up asking for a quote and someone was available immediately despite the appearance of a busy garage. We made the deal to have me drop of my car only a couple of days later and

These guys do a solid job, don't rob you with costs, and talk to you with respect. I never felt that you-don't-know-about-cars vibe that you might get elsewhere. They listened to me describe what I wanted to have done.

One piece of advice: Don't rely on email communication! I found that they're pretty busy and do not check their inbox often.
