Our family of 4 adults and 3 children-with carseats-used Going Green Limo service last week to take our family back and forth from Shorewood to Ohare airport. The vehicles were clean and the car seats were all set up for us. The staff were friendly and professional and we felt very safe riding with them. It's not easy finding a service that will provide 3 car seats in 1 vehicle but they did and I would definitely use them again!

In my case, the price went up nearly 40% from the rate shown on the table. Certainly my fault for not reading the fine print but the table of base costs is incredibly misleading

Going Green is by far the best car service I've ever taken. I never have to worry about being picked up on time to go to the airport or wait for my pick at the airport. I'm a consultant who travels a lot and I've tried most of the car services in Chicago. No one compares to GG. I've been using them for years. I've also used their service to take us to Ravinia. All of the drivers are first class and the owners are super friendly & accommodating. I've recommended the service to all of my friends and would recommend people to try them out. I had a great experience with going green limousine. I was able to book the service the night before I landed without any problem. I had tried calling another service and they didn’t answer and returned my voice message with text message after we had landed the next day.

We were traveling to Chicago with a toddler and were planning to bring our car seat to use on a Uber. However, the night before we realized our car seat was way too big. When we were heading to the airport at 5 am in the morning, I tried to arrange for a last minute ride and called a few other companies, none of them answered their phones. First time we were flying with our toddler and we were concerned about traveling to airport with a car seat. After looking at airport parking options, my wife found GGL. We used them to and back from the airport. Both drivers were timely, courteous, and helpful. I wanted to rate this company 5-star, believe me. We travel with toddlers, so we require child seats. We have been to several states including Mexico. Normally, the drivers are social, they give you a little background of the city we are visiting while driving or identify landmarks, points of interests, asks how our travel was etc. Both GG Limo drivers (to and from the airport) didnt even spoke nor asked how our trip/flight/visit was. Both drivers were quite the entire trip, it was awkward. But hey, we got to our destination safe and sound

I rarely write reviews, but Going Green Limousine deserves to be mentioned. The driver was prompt, polite and efficient. The van we needed for 7 people, (3 in car seats ) all of our luggage and 2 strollers was spacious, clean and comfortable. Nice to know there is an option when getting children to the airport!

My friends and I, used Going Green Limo twice during our recent Chicago vacation, once to the suburbs for a wedding and once to O'Hare.
Both drivers were prompt, professional and friendly. They texted and called us when they arrived at our hotel and got us to our destinations early.

My family has been using Going Green since it's early days because they offer carseats for kids. We mainly use them for airport pickups and dropoffs because it's such a comfort to not have to worry about your transportation too and from home...traveling is hectic enough. And last week, they really came through for us. My husband's original flight into Chicago was cancelled after a long delay. We managed to book him on another flight at another airport at his departing city and then that flight ended up being delayed for hours. Despite this, Going Green continued to track his flight

We used Going Green for a trip to Chicago in early January because they offered carseats for kids and had a range of vehicle sizes to fit our party and luggage. It was great to be picked up curbside at ORD, with a toddler carseat already installed. Luggage was loaded quickly and we were on our way to downtown. Pick up and drop off was pleasant and our driver was awesome. We had the same great service getting back to the airport from the hotel.

Our family has used Going Green many times in the past when we have to go to/from the airport. We travel many times a year and have small children and are so happy that Going Green provides carseats so that we don't have to bring ours with every time we travel. It is such a lifesaver! Its very hard to find chauffeur services who provide car seats. The drivers are all very friendly and the vehicles nice. Will definitely continue to use their service!

Our ride TO the airport was flawless. The driver was early, the car seats we'd pre-ordered were installed, everything ran smoothly. Unfortunately, our driver on the other end of our trip was new and was running very late, trying to install the car seats. It was very frustrating to wait at the airport for a car you'd ordered months in advance for 40 minutes with 2 small children. However, these things happen and I would use this service again. The woman in customer service was very helpful and sympathetic as well, so that helps!

The only way it could have been better was of they could have teleported us to\from the airport. The booking process was really easy, with prices right in line with 2 other places I checked. Plus, having payment upfront meant, we didn't have to worry about any transaction (including tip) on the day of. Our drivers were both a few minutes early and very friendly. The driver on the way even played along with the silliness of our 2 & 5 year olds. I now have GGL saved as a contact for future rides.

Great trip with Going Green and would highly recommend. Traveled with the family including my 4 year and 1 year old sons. Booking any kind of transportation including car seats is always a nightmare, but not with Going Green. I would highly recommend them to anyone traveling with kids who need a booster or car seat. The seats were installed properly and ready to go when the driver, Mark, arrived. He was also right on time, actually 5 minutes early, and ready to go. Will be using them for my airport transfers going forward.

I initially chose Going Green Limousine because they offered child seats and booster seats, but after such a wonderful experience with them, I will be a repeat customer, even if I don't need child seats! The customer service was fantastic, in particular Rebecca was incredibly helpful in figuring out how to best transport my party of 11 adults and 3 small children. I would definitely use this service again. We went to Chicago with our 14 month old and did not want to bring our car seat. We selected this company based on their reviews. They had lower rates than their competitors. It's obviously not as cheap as using Uber, but their service plus not having to bring a car seat on the plane was well worth it. Mark picked us up from the airport and Jerry dropped us off - both were extremely friendly and professional. I wish they had this service in every big city!

Once again, I have to give Going Green 5 stars. Last Thursday our flight out of Chicago/O'Hare was canceled. I had to get us rebooked and the flight was not until the following morning. I called and spoke to Pat who rescheduled with no problem. Then, I was able to schedule a flight out of Midway, so I called and spoke to Pat again to cancel the drop off trip completely. Again, no issues and confirmation e-mails of all this are sent within 15 minutes.

I am currently shopping for our wedding day transportation. Came across them on Yelp and checked out their page due to their rating.
Their webpage is a bit of an eyesore, but I browsed through it carefully and I thought, "Great, there's an Instant Rate Lookup!" I entered in all my information and got a fairly reasonable rate back, $125/hour for an 8 passenger limo. The site ALLOWS you to select one or two hours and does not specify the MINIMUM number of hours required.
I emailed them to ask them if the price included anything other than just bottled water

Being the nice wife that I am I decided to come back to Chiberia (from lovely 80 degree Florida weather) on a Friday so that my husband wasn't alone for the weekend.
