Best property management group in the Jacksonville, Florida area! Russ and his team have always been super quick to respond and to take care of any issues that have popped up with my properties. That, along with a great owners portal/accounting system, reasonable management rates and repair costs, quick turnaround and quality tenant placements makes this a hard team to beat. Best team for buying, selling, and managing properties in the Orange Park and Jacksonville area.

Debbie Gartenbush has been extremely helpful with our properties in FL. We are out of state clients and have always been given the 'heads up' when our properties needed some extra TLC or if something more significant had taken place. Unfortunately I had my property with them for over 10 years and because I'm a single mom living in CA I felt my property was never well taken care of. They had changed so many "managers" over the years. I had no idea how my property could be in such a disaster condition. I had to get the owner involved before the whole "fixed up" got fixed. home Owners living out of state don't consider this agency. I stayed on because I was out of state and didn't want to rock the boat. Till the end (I sold my property)
