Barron has exceeded all expectations as our property manager. Since leaving Jacksonville in 2015, Barron has been in charge of our property. We have had great long term tenants during that time, and Northeast Florida Realty always makes sure our property is in good order. We have been tenants for going on 4 years. We have nothing but good things to say about Barron, Melissa, and Northeast Florida Realty. They are very good about responding to text and phone calls. When problems come up with the house, they are on top of getting it fixed. They work with you if those times arise. We have been extremely happy and would recommend them.

I rented from Barron McWright for 4 years and he was the worse landlord I ever had! Do not Rent from this company. He is money Hungry and does not care about anything but making money! If there is something wrong in the house he will try to find a way not to pay it and have you pay it as a renter even if it's in your agreement. He claims he follows Jesus Christ, but he sure doesn't act like it. He also kept my deposit. There was nothing wrong in the house. I paid a contractor to patch up any holes in the house from tvs hanging on the walls. We replace all the blinds and got the carpets shampooed

I regularly do business transactions with them and they are great! Very knowledgeable and they go out of their way to help! You can be assured that NEFR has very high expectations for their homes and you will be renting one of the cleanest homes in town! If you're a home owner, your home will be well maintained, much more than the chain rental companies! I recommend Northeast FL to all renters and home owners who rent out their home to use them!

I've rented from NE FL Realty & currently leasing my home through them. They are top notch when it comes to managing a property. I've dealt with other property management companies in the past and had terrible experiences. Dealing with Barron has completely changed my opinion on property managers. He is fair and honest on both sides and doesn't choose one side over the other. The other reviews on him simply can not be true. Highly recommend Northeast Florida Reality!
