Using my strong background in hospital risk and quality management, I founded my consulting firm to assist critical access hospitals with quality improvement activities and programs along with quality data reporting. I have more than 20 years experience and most recently served as Program Director for the Kansas Healthcare Collaborative.
I have also served as a Quality Improvement Project Manager for the Kansas Foundation for Medical Care. I have expertise in teaching Lean and Plan-Do-Study-Act methodologies, as well as other performance and quality improvement training. I served 14 years as a hospital Risk and Quality Manager.
