We originally rented the house we're in from them, great company to rent from, I wish the owner of our property would've stayed with them. Our current property management companyintegrity Oklahoma is probably the worst company I've rented through, would definitely rent through BPM again if they had property in my price range!

Slum lords. She literally charged me 3 different times for cleaning that managed to amount to more than the $800 deposit I paid. It's the fact the house was cleaner when I moved out than when I moved in. On top of that the house was so nasty she reversed my prorate charge at move in and when I moved out and charged me the same charge again when the house was actually cleaner when I moved out than when I moved it. Absolutely insane the amount of made up charges on my ledger. I will be taking to my attorney. Do not rent with these people, you will regret it

*I've had issues with bpm employees not being very empathetic/professional at all..like when my ac went out, and i explained it was 81 degrees in the home with an asthmatic child she basically said told me I didn't have to give details bc it "was only75degrees outside"(so pretty much why am I complaining bc it wasn't hot enough).
*I've had a work order I put in over 2 months ago for a window that completely needs to be replaced and I'm still waiting on a replacement. The 1st month(April) they sent a man out that literally told me he was coming back with tools to fix window and almost a month passed

This company is terrible! We rented from them in September 2013, after the tornado in Moore that year destroyed our home. We lost everything! Shortly after we moved in my wife lost her property management company. The majority of her properties were in the Moore area and took a direct hit. This horrible management company moved us into a home that was heavily smoked in, smelled like dog piss, filthy carpet with pet stains and burn holes. It wasn't like we had much choice under the circumstances. After, renting from them for almost five years the owner decides to sale the home. We moved out

I have rented for about 10 years now, moving 3X. This is by far the best property management place we have rented through. They are very polite and helpful. I really feel like they are on the side of the renters as much as the homeowners. They also have a 8 day grace period that I have had to utilize once. I have never had any problems with things being repaired or replaced.

I've been using BPM to lease my property for 6 years. They make everything so easy; it's all electronic. They send you statements each month showing the debits and credits on your ledger. They send a detailed cash flow statement at the end of the year that makes paying your taxes a breeze. They've managed my property through repairs as simple as replacing a screen to having the roof and fence replaced. It requires no effort on my part to get great trade and craftsmen to tend to my property for a fair price. They are even really good at making sure proper preventative maintenance is done so it doesn

I am so incredibly impressed with BPM and their team. We recently moved into a new rental property and had a few minor issues with the house. The BPM team was quick to address and remedy the problems. Even after the problem was solved they checked back in multiple times to make sure the issue (a water leak) wasn't causing any further complications. They have exceptional customer service and really seem to put their clients first.

I felt the need to write a review, because I can not believe the reviews I am reading . My spouse and I have been with BPM for almost 5 years now, two different houses . This is the most PHENOMENAL property management company in Norman!
The first house we lived in that they managed , the owner suddenly needed to recover for a family member so we had to move fairly quickly. I am so beyond disappointed with this property management company. We are from Kansas city and were planning a move to Oklahoma. We called them a few days prior to us coming to Oklahoma to look at some of their properties to set up an appointment to see the properties. We only had one real day (while in town) to view the properties. We found one online (their website) that we fell in love with and knew that we would like. We filled out an online application AND sent in the $60 (for my husband and I) application fee. The applications SAT PENDING until about 11 am on the day that we were in Oklahoma

They are absolutely horrible! DO NOT RENT FROM THEM! SLUM LORDS!!!!!!!! they dont fix things that they say " will " be fixed. Treat the tentants like they are inconvienced to their job. I cant wait til I move out of this crappy property! Id give them no stars I'd give them no stars if I could. I will also be contacting the B.B.B.
