Draper Realty was formed two years ago by Susan Draper. Susan has over fifteen years of experience in property management, as well as real estate sales and listings, plus over 20 years experience in the construction business. We will repair all damage using our licensed and professional partners with an agreed upon budget, or if the repairs are above your budget we will collect bids and inform you prior to any work starting. I was referred to Susan by a friend, and I'm really glad he did so. She went out of her way to work with us and find us the best home on the market. Then she negotiated a fantastic deal and sealed the deal in record time. After that, she worked with us to have the interior painted before we moved in and had other work done quickly and paid for by the seller. Susan worked overtime to make sure we were happy, and she was wonderful to work with. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

It is difficult to know who to trust when you rent, it always feels like a gamble. Draper is always on top of things. Twice a year they come out to inspect the home for needed repairs and to change air filters. Susan will only tolerate proper fixes (no "lipstick" fixes) and I know if there is an issue it will be resolved quickly. If I were a rent house owner I would trust this team to manage my property. When I buy a house I already know Susan Draper will be my agent. She is smart, hardworking, and reliable! Thumbs up from me!

I have used Susan as the property manager for four rental houses now for more than five years. She keeps the properties in excellent condition and is always responsive to any needs a property has. Most importantly, she is always planning for the next needs on the properties and keeps me informed so I can plan. She has overseen several renovations including multiple kitchens and bathrooms. The renovations all have been outstanding. Susan essentially handles all aspects except for insurance and taxes. Therefore, I no longer have to worry about or inspect the properties. Susan has my highest recommendation
