We are happy to introduce you to Gulf Coast Rentals & Property Management and the people behind the services we offer. We are a family owned and operated, full service Real Estate Firm that specializes in Property Management of Residential properties. Pamela j. Jackson is a licensed Real Estate Broke/Realtor and Property Manager.
All of our Annual Leases are prepared by Real Estate Attorneys and their fee just went up $45.00 each, we make nothing from this fee. This is their first increase in many years and they do a great job with their lease preparation and evictions, should need be. They also offer valuable free Real Estate legal advice and prepare proper noticing should it be required.
3. We do all noticing, drive by inspections, arranging for agreed upon repairs, collect rent and tax if applicable and remit all and late fees to you as provided for in the lease and our management agreement. We don't allow or accept overages, or kick backs of any kind. We have no hidden fees or charges of any kind.
