I've had such a positive experience with this letting agent. My main point of contact is Paige, who is very friendly and responsive to any enquiries I may have. My checks and references went through nice and quickly, and I appreciated the thorough inspection that was conducted before I moved into the property, which will protect my deposit in the long run (i.e., I won't be held responsible for any issues that were present at the time of moving in). Also I am always informed ahead of time if somebody needs to access the property. I can't fault them, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Keep

I couldn’t have had a better experience with 24/7 properties, they sorted out everything so quickly and I was able to move in after a week of viewing the property itself. The staff were very kind and helped me with any queries I had. Very affordable and cosy.

I went into 247 Property Services to enquire about a rental property. I was politely greeted by Mary Davies. Instantly, she prioritised me and began to listen carefully to me in regards to the property advertisement I had seen online. She was able to provide me the information I needed in a professional and timely manner. Overall, my experience with 247 was brilliant. I did stayed in their house for 1 year. They promised to clean the house regularly and they didn't, the backyard looks like a forest with wild plants everywhere, WiFi is available only on ground floor and in that the connection keeps breaking, the price is way to high specially on that location. Even after all this they still took 70% of my deposit saying that it was not clean. Never go with and rest of the reviews looks made up to me. This is my personal experience from 247.
