On Sunday I called to try to have a white S 10 towed told them my address told them they and all verifying information to dispatcher explain to me that he did not have a contract and could not tow the car that was parked directly under their DTS sign so I said OK had our manager call them to straighten it out for future notice and dealt with it myself 20 minutes later DTS calls me to tell me how I was being in the wrong and how he was just trying to explain himself to me and I wasn’t listening don’t think he understands customer service or how to give it customers never wrong and when I call

I thought they were unprofessional for being a aaa provider the driver was rude and when I asked him if he had a spare tire he got upset about me being told mid information by aaa then called his dispatch and then I asked him to tow me instead of changing the tire (since he was unable to) he just about left me on the side of the freeway. Had the most disturbing and disgusting experience I could have ever imagined! After getting my car towed, I come to the front window to talk to the attendant and greet her very respectful with "hello" she makes no eye contact with me at all completely ignoring my existence so I wait a bit and say hi again. Towed my car during a pandemic from my own community, removed my registration and insurance from the glove box. luckily i found my pink slip earlier in the week and had it available. asked me for the registration and insurance when i arrived and seemed confused that it would be in the car. where would it be if i was to be pulled over? staff is slow and rude. they told me to say "please" so they could jump the dead battery due to them leaving on the overhead light. didn't realize until i got home they stole my cd's as well. one case was connect to the visor and the other on the passenger floor board

This tow company has the most polite people who work there, especially Manny from the office. I was frustrated when I called and he made the process clear, concise and easy which was amazing in this stressful scenario! Thank you for helping me!

Most scandalous company out there....I use to do PPIs and know the laws....it's states that the amount for towing and storage fees cannot exceed the cost of the jurisdiction from where the car was towed from.....Anaheim pd rate for a tow is 155 dollars.....they quoted 205 for the tow.....when I quoted back what the Anaheim rate is they said they… are going by the chp rate.....sorry guy but chp does not do Anaheim...they work the freeways not the cities you tow from.....

Towed my car that my son took to his friend's house and accidentally parked in the wrong spot in apartment complex. They are charging us $395. I called and asked if they could cut me a break since both me and my wife are still trying to recover financially due to COVID-19, and that price just seemed like it was too high of a price. They just laughed. What kind of people are these? I know they have a tough job but do they really have to twist the knife into my back?

Probably the only tow company I’d actually give up my money to without a fight. They are very organized and quite speedy with the entire interaction, granted that you have all your papers in order. They never gang up on you and actually initiate conversation filled with info as to how not to basically F up again. Granted I have never been towed by them but as this is a business, personal resentment shouldn’t reflect there business. I have spent a fair share of time on site and have observed that like any other business, they strive to keep a well kept and organized lot. Personal hatred destroys

I never thought I would be writing a 5 star review for any tow yard but this place has employees that are so nice! Of course no one is happy to have a car towed but it’s not the person working at the front’s fault that this happened. The guys working here were very professional but super nice! They are open 24 hours which is very convenient when you are trying to locate a car in the middle of the night! They told me yes the vehicle is here and the cost. Their fee for a tow and storage are actually pretty fair! I have heard of some other places charging way more and they don’t care about any

Very unprofessional individuals. I’ve called two different garages to have a vehicle removed from my assigned parking spot and the vehicle is still sitting in my spot as if I never called for towing. First I called the Garden grove location and gave them all the info asked of me. I waited over an hour for a tow truck to arrive. I finally called… back to find out that a shift change had been done and there was no report in the system showing I requested a tow. Mind you I sent an email as well. Come to find out they do not service my area. I could have been told this when I first called

It is very sad how this facility takes complete advantage of its tenants! Especially young students trying to get ahead in life by attending colleges in Irvine and working many hours to make extra money to pay their rent! My young niece who rents an apartment in this facility had her car towed last night What's so disgusting is she has a… parking permit and has been parking in the same spot for 3 months! Unfortunately, they (Eight80 Newport Beach) collaborated with the local tow company (Dedicated Towing service out of Garden Grove) and are charging my niece $250 to get her car out! Wow

This is the most unprofessional and borderline criminal company that I've ever been in contact with. Any tow yard that also has a car lot out front is BASICALLY crooks & thieves who tow cars and sell them for quick cash! I had the worst experience beyond what you might expect with a car being towed, but the cherry on top is the EXTREMELY POOR… management, who does not stand behind their employees or anything they say whatsoever. I've also filed detailed reports with the Better Business Bureau, Google Reviews, and Consumer Reports! Do NOT Buy a car from this business, do NOT believe anything
