Dustin was awesome - keys were locked in my car, called through USAA roadside assistance, he arrived 15 min ahead of the ETA, and had us in my car in less than 5 minutes! He was professional, careful, helpful and really kind.
It was a little funny as another couple in the parking lot had locked their keys on their car, their towing company had clearly been working on their car for quite some time (long before us), we felt a little bad... Harborside was there, we were taken care of and on our way and they were still trying to figure it out.

My car broke down in Laguna Niguel and after calling AAA they sent over another company (which I won't name) that declined to offer me assistance... Then Harborside Towing showed up and was able to tow my vehicle safely and without any damages! The friendliest & most knowledgeable towing company and employees I've ever met!! I highly recommend these guys as a first choice when needing towing services.

I was in an accident on the freeway in Dana Point. CHP called Harborside to tow my vehicle, driver was great. I was able to get most of my personal thing out of the car before it left for the tow yard. Next day, I realized my prescription sunglasses were still in the car. I waited a couple of days until the car was delivered to the repair shop to go and get them. They were not there as well as custom floor mats and factory floor mats.
Think twice before using this company.

I never leave reviews but Harborside Towing did such a great job today taking care of my car I have too. They were so quick it only took them 15 mins to come get my car and it was done in 30. Their pricing can’t be beat I’m so glad they were recommended. Stephen my towman did a great job.

Here I am in Cherry Ave and jeronimo in lake forest in the auto center Tow truck driver was blocking everyone way He has not began to do any work this lady asking him please move the truck aside Drive. Says. I am not going to move. Yet he is blocking everyone way for almost 20 minutes
He was to say FFFF word to everyone.

So Harborside showed up to tow two cars off the freeway post collision around 5am 2/14/19. There was some confusion as to who requested what whether the request came from CHP or AAA. This confusion was rather unfortunate and I would imagine it happens often. (side note...if you call AAA make sure the company they dispatch is the one that hooks your car up and not another company)

Spoke to Todd this morning, he made sure he gave us a great price and got Sean out to my tech ASAP. He was able to reach my tech at the quoted time and Sean was able to change his tire and get him going within 15 min of arriving on site. Called to ask if they can jumpstart my Tesla. The guy on the phone says "You can't jumpstart a Tesla son!". I didn't know if I was more shocked at the guy calling me "son" or the fact that he was too stupid to know that electric cars still have standard 12V battery pack just for these types of situations. Needless to say I found a more intelligent and knowledgeable service that came and had it done in 15 minutes. So, yeah, if you have an electric car or if want any sort of customer service then don't bother calling these guys. WE OUT SON!!!

Very unprofessional customer service. The lady that we talked to was very dismissive, unprofessional, and unaware of the location/operations of the company. We expected someone to come within the hour for us to pick up our car. However, we ended up waiting 1.5 hours for a driver. The wait was not the issue rather the fact that correspondence between this customer service representative was poor. She promised they would be there shortly (several times), declined our calls multiple times, and proceeded to lose her temper before hanging up in rage. Sean was great! My daughter was involved in an accident near San Clemente and the car needed to be towed over 80 miles on a Sunday. Any tow company could have easily taken advantage of me and soaked me but then again Harborside Towing isn't just any tow company.
Sean saw I was in a tough spot and wanted to help out, without me even asking, he actually gave me a great deal. Sean was very personable and just a great guy too work with in that situation. I highly recommend Sean & Harborside Towing.

So this review is a little late,but Jordan gave excellant Service again. My car was in the driveway he helped back it out and then put it up on the flatbed. My car sits low he got it up there with no scraping. These guys are wayyyyyyy better than Aliso Towing. I have thereer card on my fridge and saved in my phone if i ever need a tow. Im calling them first. These guys are an example of that saying. "If you love what you do then you never work a day in your life."

A towing company isn't something you ever want to have to use, but when you need one, it's great to know the best....and Sean is the best. Hands down.
He got my truck hooked up correctly and taken over to the repair shop for a price that is far less than most other towing companies' hook-up fees.
Plus, he's a riot. We had a great conversation while he was hooking my truck up and he made me feel completely at ease.
I sincerely hope you don't need his services...but if you do, call Sean and marvel at the fact that some people still believe in doing business by charging

I somehow blew out my tire so we called Harborside for a tow because we (didn't know) we had the tools to put a spare on. Sean helped us and told us it would actually be cheaper if he just put the spare on rather than towing us! 1st point for Harborside.
He was at our residence in about 30 minutes and was SUPER friendly and helpful! 2nd point!
Point 3 was when he recommended not only a great tire place but ALSO a mechanic who wouldn't charge me an arm and a leg to fix my engine problem!
