I am not someone who devotes time to writing something unless it is good reviews but everyone should know this is not the company to call. Unreliable service, awful customer service (never had an experience like the one with this company, by far). Everything about them is shady. Unethical and scammers. Any other towing company is way better than this one.

If I could rate this zero stars I would. Had I known they were going to lie twice about their time estimate I would've called somewhere else. They wasted my time... what should've been a 45 minute wait turned into a 2hr and 30 min wait. Plus, they ended up increasing the initial price they had told me. So my advice, call a different towing service

So, We called at 10:09am this morning, a super nice girl answer the phone, we had gotten a flat tire and a she said they could actually dispatch someone right now. I asked the prices, $49 for hook up and "$55-$85" for 5 miles, cool.
At 11:06 my boyfriend called and asked about the eta, it had been a while and the girl, not asking what car, who, or anything said hold on let me ask. Puts us on hold for a little and says "20 minutes" and before we could say anything hangs up the phone on us, she was pretty rude.
At 11:38 I call again, it has been past 20 minutes, and she asks

As further evidence that this company is comprised of a bunch of crooks, I just checked my credit card and they charged me the full $975.00 for a service they didn't even perform. Not the cancellation fee, the full quoted amount.
I encourage everyone who has dealt with this company to report them to the Better Business Bureau. They shouldn't be allowed to operate in this manner.

RIP OFF!!! Heavy Duty Tow...Called 8:30am quoted $340 per hr by Nicole, sent her a photo @ 8:43am. Some other guy called @ 9:14 and said Tow driver was in next City over about an hour wait. then at 10:45 tow driver called and said he was 90 to 120minutes away. He arrived at approximately 12:00 and they finished at 13:13 and charged me $395 ($1975) for 5 hours. This whole process didn't take 5 hours.

Don't waste your time, I had a booking for two cars to be moved in three days time by a specific time and they price matched another quote on the phone until it can time to pick up the vehicles and told me it would be another $150. Thanks for nothing. Really messed up my planning.

Worst towing ever!!!!!! They quota me $295 for just 7miles towing. During the towing, they scratched my car and didn't willing to show their company's insurance. So I called the polices! But it wasted a hour to let them show the insurance's paper. Then they accounted the another hour for charge. The final price is $550!! THEY ARE ROBBER!!! Never call them again. They are evil.

This is a scam company, avoid at all cost!! We waited for 1 hour and 50 minutes when they are only five miles away from us. And the price they gave me on the phone was $49 to $89, but they are planning to charge me 150 for this when they finally arrive here. Everything is rudely made and they don't give a crap
About consumer's anger! All the five star reviews here are probably made by themselves. They took your credit card info before sending the driver, and they will charge you an expensive cancellation fee if you don't take their service for a damn high price!

I was quoted a $55 fee by the dispatcher to come out to John Wayne Airport and jump start my car which had died while I was away on a 10-day trip. In addition, one of my tires had gone flat, so I also informed the dispatcher that I needed the tire filled. (I didn't feel like changing over to the doughnut spare at the time)
Sure enough the tow truck driver shows up, the tire is filled, the car has started and is idling to charge the battery. The driver says that the total charge is $165! $55 for the call, $55 for the jump, and $55 for the air for the tire
