Waited 4.5 hrs for AAA to dispatch a tow company out to have my F-350 towed 53 miles. Well apparently this was the first time in AAA history that this request was ever desired because they were unable to locate one for me. I spoke with Brianna at ERS towing and was an absolute amazing experience. Not only was she able to get my truck towed but she had it done through AAA.

You can rely on these guys. I highly recommend them as I used their service and they took my towing request right away, although it was late at night. Michael knew exactly where to tow my car. I didn't have to worry about anything as he took care of everything for me. The payment method was also easy. They sent me pictures with the location and invoice to send to my insurance right away.

I called in late in the night. And the lady on the phone is very nice and making sure they have the right truck to tow my lowered car safely. The tow service scheduled at 10am. And I super impressed that driver Mike come right on time. He really takes care of my car, making sure zero damage to it. It only took 10mins to load the car and scure it to the bed. I am super satisfied with their professionals service.

Make sure you don't get ripped off, Dispatch is unprofessional, she threatened me if I don't pay the difference after my insurance pay which different company towed the same car 20 more miles no extra charge, they towed 20 miles less and asked $100 more and if I don't pay the cash right there right now I will end up paying more and threatened me my… car will be get towed back to where it was and it will coast ne $1000 more. don't use this service even though driver was a good person. ,no complain about the driver but dispatch manager is horrible and no value ,no ethics

ERS responded promptly to a request for service I made via Chevrolet Roadside Assistance.. Mike was the driver who called and let me know he was on the way, also got all the information he needed to better help once he arrived. His knowledge about the new truck security and warning systems was amazing. He soon had the truck running and diagnosed a bad battery. He did have to tow my truck to the dealer for service. I received a follow-up call from Mike once the truck was delivered and the drop box issues he had to work around.

Received excellent prompt service from Mike to tow my vehicle that had a dead battery and was not able to be jumped. They have high end towing equipment and were able to trouble shoot vehicle quickly to get it out of a tight spot safely. Great knowledge of local repair facility after hours drop options and made the process as simple and cost effective as possible. Would definitely use them again!

Mike is THE BEST! He went over and beyond to help my girlfriend and I. He gave us vital information that we're so grateful for. We had another tow company come to us the day before through our own insurance company and can you believe he left us stranded. His excuse was he didn't come to tow us and he had another job to go to. We caught him less than a mile away sitting on side of the road. Anyway, Mike dispelled any thoughts of the typical "tow truck guy." Believe me, I hope I don't have any more car trouble but if I do, I know exactly who I'm calling. Thank you again, Mike. My car had a mechanical issue and had to be towed to a nearby service center. ERS towing made what could've been a stressful experience very easy. The appointment setup was easy, communication was excellent, and Mike (our driver) was awesome! He was very friendly, efficient, and completely professional. I hope not to have to leverage a towing service too often, but will use them in the future if I need to :)

I unfortunately borrowed a friends car while visiting California and his battery died on me. I called ERS towing and they picked up so quick thank god cause I was in panic. The woman on the phone was very kind and helpful. They sent someone out and they said they would call when they are close. I got a call from Tony and he found me in the huge parking lot thank god. Tony has to be the kindest man in customer service I met. He had a good sense of humor, which was much needed in a time of crisis. He was super informative and made the whole situation less stressful. Honestly I would recommend Tony

My yard was flooded from hurricane Dorian. my sons car and mine had taken on water. we needed a flatbed tow truck to tow our vehicles to a safe location. ERS responded and sent assistance in ample time. we paid… $120 for both vehicles to be towed away. the competition was charging $120 to remove just one vehicle. Thank goodness for RSA.
